Ford Focus 1.5 diesel 2018. automatic, after frosts, the gearbox stopped working, the transmission began to lose contact with the engine, the gears did not switch and the car did not move. In Minsk, they said that the problem was with the planetary gearbox and called the repair cost at 7,000-12,000 rubles.
We drove up to Mikhail, he quickly identified the non-obvious cause of the breakdown. Literally: "we'll always have time to get into the box, but why do a bad job and give you a lot of money, check the electrics first." There was a suspicion of poor-quality firmware of the particulate filter, as it had previously been cut out. And he referred me to a competent electrician and firmware specialist.
It turned out that the cutting of the particulate filter, namely the soot particle sensor, had previously been poorly stitched. As a result, I paid 80 rubles instead of 7-12 thousand in Minsk) and the car went as new.
Mikhail also advised on the operation and prevention of the box on the machine.
