I gave the coffee maker for diagnosis, after which I called 5 times, if not more, and each time they said different information (different days):
- more on diagnosis;
- I'll tell them to dial you (and in the end they didn't);
- beyond repair, the manufacturer's refusal to supply parts, the master will dial you (did not dial);
- in repair;
- I will tell them to dial you (they have already dialed here and again said that the manufacturer refused to supply parts.
They asked me to dial the manager and tell him to send the coffee maker to Shchusev. He took it. They did not take money for the diagnosis, but they did not say the cause of the breakdown either.
As a result, I contacted another company (not an official one) and after 5 days I was informed that I just needed to clean the coffee maker and there was no breakdown. Cleaned, everything is fine.
