I have been contacting them for several years now. There is not always what you need, but if there are prices lower than those of competitors, sometimes it is just several times cheaper. There has been a marriage, but the guys are adequate, they always figure it out and return the money, the main thing is to observe the warranty period.
I bought a nozzle on astra N. They said it was cool, tested on the stand. In fact, after checking at the stand, it turned out that it did not hold the right pressure and turned out to be scrap metal. Friends, check the spare parts well, especially since the price tag is not even small.
In the summer, I bought a 1.6 diesel engine for Golf 2 without a mounted and fuel injection pump for 650r (260u.e.). After winding up, it turned out that the car, although it was driving, was smoking heavily with dark and blue smoke at the same time. He also had leaks from various places. Replacing the injectors (with the seller's permission, because there was a 20-day warranty) did not bring any benefit. I also found out where the leaks came from and eliminated them step by step. It was only after the end of the warranty that I found out that the main leak was from under the cylinder head gasket. During the disassembly, he explained that although the warranty had already expired, they did not act humanely by selling a low-quality engine. After all, I already have the same engine after overheating, which I decided to change. They replied that the warranty was over and in general, I was changing the engine on a non-certified service station. They advised me to change the gasket myself, because it costs 100-150 CU for a hundred. And then they promised to give 50p (20u.e.) for the gasket. When I disassembled it, I found that the entire cylinder head was cracked after overheating. Cracks not only between the valves, but also between the valve seats and the pre-chamber, as well as in the pre-chamber itself (where there are holes for glow plugs). And that the head needs a complete disassembly with a special tool, followed by a leak test and grinding, lapping valves, etc. I did not have special equipment and skills for such repairs. And the price of such repairs is several times more than the 50p promised to me. However, at the disassembly they generally said that either I take 50p and leave without any complaints, or it's not their engine at all (and the paint they marked the internal combustion engine with is not theirs), which I also disassembled for some reason. And in general, they will call the police on me for extortion.
In general, the problem remained, but there was no money to solve it. And if it were possible to return the ICE, then it would again get to someone reading this comment. In addition, 2 times to put and remove the internal combustion engine, it also costs 2/3 of the price of the engine. So check whether the internal combustion engine (or other complex unit) will be accepted under warranty if you have not changed it at a certified service station and whether you will have time to put it and adjust it in 20 days.
Guys, in general, handsome people do everything clearly give advice, and they don't mind joking either, and the choice is very large, so to speak, for any purse)))) But if you need spare parts quickly and in one revenge, this is for them)))
They sit and sell non-working stuff. They don't want to return the money for their unnecessary junk.Everyone should be careful when visiting this showdown, with all the arrangements for the purchase and return of goods.
disassembly is generally very good, but there are employees who cheat, take money for the front and do not give spare parts, a person has been waiting for a part of this employee for half a year, his name is Denis, his surname seems to be hop, you need to return the money somehow
