If you want everything to be done and even carefully, you need to stand over the master, but they won't let you do that...Actually, the receptionist also in no way controls the completion of the work by the master, and it is strange that if there is a large list of works carried out at the same time, the technological map of the process is missing at the master's workplace, and it was not noticeable that the master turned to it during the execution of the work. I doubt that it is in his head, because even the cabin filter does not know where it is located in the serviced car. Everything is done carelessly... As a post-warranty service, it is better not to contact.

In between, he tries to get "mandatory" insurance, which generally does not have to be issued from them, and in general, a hard hat is not required to buy a car. They just took out the brain until he yelled. Then it turns out that I have to go to them again, because antikor can only be done from them. They said the procedure would take three hours. We have recorded the time for the week ahead! I arrived on time, I've been sitting for five hours and there is no end to the red tape!

То чувство когда приезжаешь за новой машиной в салон за 25тыс долларов, а тебе продают музейный экспонат, который можно потрогать, заводить и проехать нельзя!!!! этот авто ЛАДА, просишь тестдрайв а тебе отвечают что в салоне нету тестдрайва, вот смотрите стоят все модели!!! Можите вызвать яндекс такси с пометкой лада веста и вас прокатят!)))) Это слова продавца салона, но они не понимают водитель это тот кто управляет авто, а не магнитолой!!!! Полное разочерование...

Клиенторасположеный сервис!!! Это о многом говорит! Время выдачи автомобиля клиенту проктически всегда вовремя, но есть и исключения. Приведу пример :Вы приехали на плановое ТО 1(примерно 1.5-2 ч.), но у вас есть жалобы по авто (например их у вас 3)соответственно на их проверку требуется доп. время которое потратят на ваш автомобиль. По качеству работ могу сказать что всё на хорошем уровне (квалификация персонала + качество запасных частей). Чисто , аккуратно, в зоне ожидания есть экран на котором в реальном времени видишь как делают ваш автомобиль. Кстати по поводу цены говорят что дорого, но это смотря под каким углом посмотреть! Если если вы жалеете деньги на обслуживание своего автомобиля, то он всё чаще будет подводить.

Качество работы хуже чем у частников, присутствовать при ремонте, замене детали НЕЗЗЗЯ. Поменяли ступечный подшипник в 2019г, через 8 месяцев уже менял у частника, так на нем езжу до сих пор.

Автомобиль на каске застрахован, мою Ладу направили на ремонт на Шидта 1Г.Я был доволен грамотным подходом мастера приемщика Алексея Буракова, я предворительно позвонил и проконсультировался о моих дальнеших действиях ,Алексей мне все обьяснил с грамотным подходом . Не буду много расписовать но вам скажу что я после ремонта моя Веста стала словно как только купил Алексей каждые нюансы согласовывал со мной это было очень приятно . По больше таких специолистов. Я не пожалел что приобрел себе ладу и обратился в Лада Могилеве. Меня завут Игорь а гос.номер моей Весты 0175 IC-6.
Покупал Весту СВ Кросс. При входе девушка любезно порекомендовала специалиста. Компетентный попался менеджер Евгений Северинцев. Быстро оформили документы. Посмотрим как будет сопровождение. В наше бурное время нужно поддержать отечественного производителя.
Купили ладу ларгу в 2019 году ,через год полете лямбдазонт ,приехали на сервис сказали что у на гарантии уже нет и за ремонт примерно с диагностики 200 рублей, года на следующий день пришли и показали что у нас всего год машине ,аргументировали что перепутали с лапой вестой,на 30 000 пробега начала течь коробка и очень сильно пинаться ,сказали что у вас всё ок , и на 25 000 на месте перегривается ,тоже всё ок ,отношения к клиенту ужасное, как и качество ремонта автомобиля
