In the evening, they call and say there's no point in washing the filter. It's covered in oil. Well, okay, I think you should delete it, but I emphasized that it should be carefully removed, saying that I will hand it over. And that was my mistake. Well, in any Western country this would be normal, but not in our country and not with our mentality, at least somehow to deceive. I'm getting at the fact that they realized that I'm not a done deal and I want to turn it in. By the way, citizens, keep in mind who did not know that particulate filters and catalysts cost a lot of money!!! For example, the cost of putting in a particulate filter can reach $100, but in Poland it's more expensive, can you imagine? That is, repairs can become free for you after you hand over your filter or particulate filter, if of course you manage to do this, in the sense that your filter and all its contents are returned to you. Therefore, always take these filters with you. Is that what you think? Upon arrival, it was already dark, I immediately climbed into the trunk to check the presence of this filter and was just stunned, it was all broken in the box. This is what kind of "locksmith" you need to be in order not to remove it from there if the jar was cut completely. Yes, of course you can, the question is why? They gave me some kind of filter that cost a maximum of $20, but they didn't give me any catalyst at all. This is how I realized later, but out of ignorance, I looked at the mountain and it lies. They do this on purpose, that's exactly what they do with locksmiths like that, so that you can't at least identify your filter with them or not. I hope people will avoid you with this approach!!!! And regarding the quality of the work done, some kind of nouname welder brewed it, I, having no welder's education, will brew it more beautifully, and all the wires after these kulibins around the filter are broken. And I also forgot to add, when they called and asked if they wanted to cut or wash, they said they would cut 280 rubles, I say are you completely stunned? In the morning it was 180 and it became 280, and then let's come up with 280, they say, with the EGR valve plugged, and 180 without it. I say are you normal at all? I'll shut off the EGR valve on every corner for a maximum of 30 rubles, but they get 100, well, "handsome". And they still paid 20 rubles for a new bondage. Guys, if you don't know how to work with old bondage, come to me and I'll show you how it's done. I put in 2 new penny bolts and here's a working bondage for you, but why do they need it? They would rather buy bondage for 10 rubles, and sell it to the customer for 20, but they will still be deceived, as they say, without a sucker, life is not the same. Thank you for not installing a new muffler without my knowledge.

The most that is not a divorce for money, it costs 60 rubles to remove the generator, but in fact it turned out to be 90 rubles (provided that it is held on 3 bolts), so also a locksmith was needed for 40 rubles for what purposes it was needed is unclear. They don't do shit and drag their time! I do not recommend going here at all. Disgusting attitude towards customers.

обратился так как это СТО было ближайшее, обещали время замены термостата 2-3 часа позвонил на сервис ситроен там 1,5-2 часа решил не катаца замену термостата пусть делают здесь в чём потом пожалел. Стоимость детали по номеру и производителю на СТО предложили на 110 руб дороже чем в магазине на Лещинского рядом. Замена термостата заняло по времени с 9.30 до 18.30 комната для клиента на замке отправляют ожидать в кафе. Прошло 1.5 месяца ответа на жалобу в книге жалоб нет. Машину вернули с текущей помпой на что мастер СТО ответил это нормально. Купил новую помпу заменили в другом СТО течь не изменилась,сделали диагностику течёт из под патрубка который к термостата. Напомню что течь появилась прямо на СТО Автопромклимат после замены термостата и они мне диагностировали течь помпы и предложили заменить помпу у них на СТО .
