Invites inexperienced owners to the garage for repairs, thinks up breakdowns, orders spare parts, repairs, without regulating the cost of work under the pretext of agreeing, issues an invoice verbally at the end of the work, a convenient figure for him without a price list for repairs, several times higher than the work than another service.
