The tow truck on the Mkad waited for more than 2 hours on a day off. Plus the Imposed services from A-Leasing that don't make any sense. We spent 5 minutes on the phone with the girl and waited to see if they could help me at all. The most unpleasant attitude! Thanks, I don't need any more.
