I bought a cable for towing a car from them, 12t was stated on the package!!! As a result, while they were pulling the car to the service station, it tore in 3 places and it is clear that it was ready to tear further. And this is on the first day of operation. Naturally, I went to return the low-quality product. The seller tried to refuse, arguing that I do not know how to drive, because he does not know where we went and how, maybe they accelerated and tore the cable on purpose. After a while, he agreed to accept the goods and after the decision of the manager or senior employee, he was ready to call me back and tell me about the decision. I took out some kind of notebook from under the counter and started marking my phone number there (the level is felt). To which I had to be outraged and gently hint that it was necessary to act according to the rules in this case. After that, only he went somewhere and brought me an application form for the return of the goods. I'm waiting for a decision
