We ordered spare parts on 1.02.25. They said that everything would be possible on 02.02.25, took an advance payment of 20p. and promised to call. And so, on 6.02, without waiting for the call, we arrived at the store... And we were told that some girl took the order, she is not there now, and there are no spare parts either, because they were not ordered in the end... They didn't tell us why we didn't order. It's worth mentioning here that the renovation was scheduled for 7.02 and I'm just shocked! They apologized, gave me the prepayment, and that's it. They just wasted our time and disrupted the record for repairs! My husband ordered at a car dealership - it turned out to be cheaper by 30 rubles. (the total amount of the order was 270r.)
