I came to the car wash, I tell this to the manager, who didn't even get up from the couch (he's so important, he must have found his place, BOSS), they say, I should have looked yesterday. This is a service, guys)) Fix, apologize, your joint. Couldn't.
By the way, they didn't even take the rug out of the trunk, in which places it was dirty, and it remained in those places, although it is listed in the list of works in this service, as well as the glass on both sides.
Last car wash, they left a puddle under the driver's mat. I thought it was an exception, an accident, but after such an attitude, I forget about this sink, even though it was convenient for a long time.

I really look at the whole side, the wings, the doors in a small pimple. He was puzzled, upset, left, and later saw the same blisters on the "rotten" plastic mirror housings, began to look for the cause, consulted, and it turned out that the "specialists of the detailing center" had apparently stupidly overheated the paintwork when applying the coating, which caused the varnish to bubble. It's a pity, I didn't know it there yet and didn't show it "for a favor." Photos of the wing and mirror are attached.
Be careful at this car wash with the desire to make the car better, the consequences can be very expensive.

But the seat is, of course, yes, workers… They washed him, threw him on the dirty floor with the upholstery to the floor, and told him to pick him up the next day. They told him to throw it on the floor, not only was it standing on the mud, it still wouldn't dry. The warm air rises up. In the end, they put it on a bucket. The next day we came to pick it up - of course, nothing was dry. Lying on the floor again, they obviously needed a bucket.… He gives away the dirty seat, they told him to clean it from the dirt, he rubbed it again with a brush, gave it back. As a result, the seat is wet, and now it stinks of mustiness even more than it stank of cat urine. I don't recommend it. There are some disabled people working. 30 rubles in the trash, and you'll have to wash it all over again.

I drove into the box, said that I had a standard car wash with drying, to which the administrator replied,, 16 rubles ,, I said that this service for my car costs 14 rubles, he began to argue with me and prove to me that it was an SUV, to which I offered to show those passports where it is indicated that this is a hatchback (such issues have never arisen before at any car wash). After that, the employee switched to you with me and said "don't like it, go to another car wash", of course I was taken aback after these words, and told him to call the owner, after talking to the employee with the owner, the issue was immediately resolved and my car was washed according to the specified price list, and not at an invented price. I took the keys and the phone and went to the rest room, the receptionist sarcastically said the terminal was not working. I asked, is it not working at all or just today? To which I received the snide reply "only today". After that, the employee quickly turned off the terminal. After that, I asked for a book of comments and suggestions, they provided it to me, but the employee began to communicate rudely with me, in the style of like why are YOU arranging all this. To which I asked in surprise If I had arranged it, my children were watching in the recreation room for the inappropriate behavior of an employee who was rude and raised his voice. I asked him his full name, to which he told me, "I'm not going to tell you anything." I said that I would call the police, to which I was told to "Call anyone you want." Anyway, after 40 minutes, the police arrived and some woman who just introduced herself as the director. She said it was my employee and I would go figure it out and watch the cameras, and in the end she disappeared. After waiting and freaking out from all this, I just packed up and left. In the comments book, I wrote that I was waiting for a written response to the complaint, but no response was received, both in writing and then on the day of the wash. The washing speed is just at a minimum, I still understand if they washed thoroughly, the quality is terrible. I stood in line for an hour, in her absence, the cars were only in 2 boxes, so they also made a passenger sedan complex for a little more than an hour, but I assure you that the time spent did not affect the quality of the sink in any way, the car was washed disgustingly, so they also somehow managed to scratch two side mirrors, as as if they were wiping with a metal brush, I did not make any claims to them, because I noticed later.

The staff and in particular the administrator convinced me that these defects on the windows were formed from long-term operation of the car, but the problem is that before washing in this institution, there were no defects mentioned above. For the sake of interest, we looked at two more cars that were washed at this sink and their windshields turned out to have the same defects as in my car. I do not know what and how the staff of this car wash washes cars, but if you want to have a good mood after the services rendered to you, then this is not about this car wash. In addition, the services included in the complex, during complex washing, wiping of the instrument panel and windows from their inner side were not performed. After the payment, the administrator did not give the receipt.
