There is no administrator, we stood in line for an hour, even no one came up, strangely they began to wash the cars that were after us… now I left after an hour of waiting, they say I need to wait another 30 minutes. They started washing some left-hand cars without waiting in line!!! It's just awful. The cleaners do what they want!
