I've been to many car washes in Vitebsk. I liked this one the most.
Process:
1. Steam mode ~ 1.5 min. (2.5 rub) * price 2025g.
2. Sponge wipe (free of charge)
3.Foam ~ 1min (1rub)
4.Wipe (optional, I do)
5. Wash with softened water ~ 1.5 min (2.5 rub)
Peel it off and wipe it .
For 20-30 minutes and 6 rubles (~1.8$) a clean car)

There are cheaper rates in the city, and seconds pass very quickly. The foam is thick enough, but it doesn't come from the very beginning of the program - at first it's just water. When flushing, there is water with foam. There are queues all the time. because there is nowhere else to wash in this part of the city.
