The best car wash, I've been to many car washes, but this one is the best. Ekaterina's change of administrator is the best, all positive and responsive people do the work efficiently, quickly and at pleasant prices. Unfortunately, after the last visit (08/08/2024), I was very dissatisfied with the visit and there is no further desire to travel here. Before that, I came many times during the daytime and the receptionist was on site and she keeps all these guys in a tight grip and everything was done well. But not this time. The two biggest claims:
- I came with a cream coupon and the employee started saying that we serve "cream" only during the daytime. although it was not indicated anywhere. after I said that I would reflect it all in the review, it turned out abruptly that they could all serve and there were no problems with it.
- the quality of cleaning. the last time they smeared the racks when they wiped the torpedo. (but it's good that I noticed it right away and they fixed their mistake, although at first they tried to write it off as just wet and everything will pass). I'm already silent about the constant stains on the windows, which are noticeable only the glass begins to fog up a little. But this time it was a record - there were traces of juice in the cup holder. it was clear that they did not even wipe and did nothing, but they said to my remark that this was not included in the cleaning and take the detaling for 150 rubles. (although all these traces were removed with an ordinary wet cloth in a minute).
To summarize, the quality gets worse with each visit.

There is a lot of dust inside, wet cleaning of the cabin was not carried out at all, the windows are dirty outside. I do not advise you to visit this sink!!! 1. Immediately upon departure, I found streaks on the mirrors, the driver's license with glare. In the morning I tried to wash it with a microfiber cloth, it does not clean. It needs to be cleaned with liquids.
2. The car is "patched up" in places.
3. How was it necessary to wash the rear window so that the wiper blade would come off??? Arriving early in the morning for a technical inspection, I almost lost her on the way. The lever and brush are new, they hold up well (if anyone has doubts).
4. A vacuum cleaner? They probably forgot. Dust on the dashboard, doors, interior, trunk - everything remained untouched.
5. Before paying, I had to listen to a lecture on how to wash the car properly after applying wax. For centuries, probably.... It was necessary to hose down the bumper to show how beautifully droplets flow down from the treated surface. But the spray from the pressure flew right onto my light coat!!!They
took 65 rubles.
I never set foot here again.

They asked to wash, + wax, vacuum, mats too. The car was washed, there are streaks on the mirrors (I'll wash it in the morning, it's hard to see). They forgot to vacuum. But they gave us a lecture on how we should wash the car for six months without contact, so that the long-lasting wax coating does not wear off! By the way, the staff praised this work, they say, you see, the water flows down in droplets, splashing from the hose on the car so that the spray from the bumper flew directly onto my coat!!!
We are waiting for the calculation. An angry customer flies into the box and demands the director if his car doesn't start washing right away. In response, he was shouted excuses in a boorish manner.

Мойка +- нормальная но зависит от смены, стою смотрю как моют машину, а мойщик разговаривает с кем-то и уже 30 минут сушит ее просто трет тряпкой в одном месте и разговаривает, и это очень плохо со стороны администрации некаких действий не предпринялось они просто проходили мимо и смотрели на это, будто так и надо.

Заезжала на днях к ребятам на мойку хотела сделать комплекс. Предложили убрать рыжие точки на кузове авто, согласилась (оставила машину, ушла гулять). Прихожу машина блестит (думала что пошла ржавчина), салон как новый,ребята волшебники. Я ваш постоянный клиент, всем рекомендую👍

Одной звезды много даже за эту мойку ,поехал на мойку двигателя, ничего не нанесли для защиты контактов ,не просушили ,грязь осталась пятна масла присутствуют ,таким же образом я мог бы за 5 руб на мойке самообслуживания помыть ,по телефону цена одна ,по факту другая

Такой чистой свою машину никогда не видел. Огромное спасибо ребятам, за день сделали практически невозможное. Даже садится в машину было жалко( не хотелось пачкать. Обязательно всем буду рекомендовать. Химчистка салона за такие деньги это практически подарок. Побольше бы таких организаций и было бы нам счастье.

Адекватный директор и админ , так бы было две звезды . В случае косяка виноват кто угодно только не исполнители , а так же ценник по моему конь ( у меня была растанировка 230 р , хотели 300) про косяки писать не буду , директор всё уладил .

Был тут в первый и последний раз.
Как везде положено занял очередь за крайней машиной, после ожидании 30 минут вышел администратор и сказал что если я к нему подходить не буду, стану автоматически в конце очереди, информации по этому поводу нигде не написано.
Машину гольф класса мойку, сушку, коврики, мыли около часа, когда дело дошло до оплаты, оказывается терминал у них «не работает», на вопрос почему не предупредили, ответили так вы к нам не подходили же, но машину в работу взяли.
Вывод, на пустом месте слишком много нюансов, начиная от встречи администратором, заканчивая проблемой оплатить банковской картой.

Шарашкина контора. Приехал, увидел очередь, уточнил, кто крайний. Ожидаю. Человек передо мной заехал, помыл машину. Вдруг появилась еще одна машина. Уточнил у администрации в чем дело, на что получил ответ, что перед вами еще 2 машины. Еще и нахамили, мол, сами виноваты, надо было изначально уточнять у администрации. При этом администрация видела очередь и не посчитала нужным никому ничего сообщать о дополнительных машинах.

По сравнению с многими мойками, где я был, Мегамойка показалась самой лучшей.
Хорошее отношение к клиентам, цена и качество соответствуют. Первая мойка, в которую хочется вернуться. 5 звёзд.

Плохое отношение к своей работает, за 25рублей я получил поверхностную уборку пылесосом, стёкла протерты видимо просто тряпкой, разводы на дереве и остатки пыли и грязи
