I made an appointment by phone. I arrived at the appointed time. They asked me to wait until the previous customer's car was washed. I waited 40 minutes. Then a car pulled up and drove into the box ahead of me. They just told me that another person was recording the cars and they couldn't do anything about it. This is some kind of piggishness! I do not recommend it to people who value their time!
