I stopped by to replace the brook belt and the air conditioner compressor. The car is A6 C6 2.7 TDi. After a while, I called and found out how the repair was progressing, they said that all three parasitic rollers had been replaced. No one has agreed on the price, replacement and manufacturer of the rollers. They put on three cheap videos. By the way, one of the tracks has already been replaced, it has passed 3,000 km. One of the rollers is already making a little noise (reported lubrication). I wouldn't put on videos of this quality, but that's what it is...
The air conditioner compressor was replaced, the car was taken away, refueled - everything works. A month later, the compressor dies. I unpacked the old one, looked into the high and low pressure holes, and inside there was oil with chips. That is, the old compressor drove the chips, which means that you need to wash the system, change the radiator, dehumidifier and expansion valve. Due to the presence of chips, a new compressor died, which costs a lot of money ($ 150). With this information, I called this service. As a result, I was told that their task was to unscrew and fasten, which they coped with. The fact that they did not see /did not look if there were chips in the system was not their problem and I had to tell them so that the compressor was defective at the service. According to the logic of the service station, all their customers should know how to carry out repairs and communicate this information to them. When I gave the car away, I was not offered to make a defect or find out the reason for the failure of the old compressor. When a new compressor was installed, they did not even replace the O-rings with new ones, which must be done!
When I handed over the car for repair, I pointed out that the battery was low and asked to recharge it. I came to pick up the car, but the battery is low, the car won't start. As a result, I wasted my time (in the middle of the working day, I had to take time off from work). I had to go for a car a second time.
On the plus side, the compressor and belt were replaced indiscriminately by the "muzzle", which is really difficult to do. Rating: 2/10.

We made a diagnosis, found a bunch of malfunctions, offered to fix it, the amount turned out to be decent, about 1.5 thousand rubles, they gave installments. It started knocking again, I drove it again, made a diagnosis, and again almost the same problems, when asked how, because recently everything was changed, they replied that they did not know who changed what to me, but the spare parts are old. As a result, I drove it to another service, it turned out that no one really changed anything. That's the story of how you can get to fifteen hundred rubles and unscrupulous people. I do not advise anyone, especially girls, who will simply be made idiots by gender!
Disgusting service station, the car was made badly, after repair I could not move at least until the next service station. I do not advise you to contact here.
I stopped by for a free suspension diagnosis, after 10 minutes they said that everything was ready and everything was fine, but I went to the profile center, there is a completely different picture.
I conclude that they didn't even look at the car, but just stood next to it for 10 minutes.

They took 15 rubles for diagnostics, and there was an action on the stand: diagnostics, battery check, etc. for free. I signed up, changed the ball, made a collapse, took 50p. They said the caliper is wedging. The calipers, pads, and front discs are new. The handbrake cable and the tube are new. The right wheel went up in smoke, the hood floated. I was in a hurry, I didn't check, because their man drove the car out. There were no questions about the car, except for the stable, ball rack. The car was rolling, the handbrake worked perfectly, nothing was stuck. After the service, I found a wedging caliper or a cable (I have not yet removed the caliper for inspection), a non-working handbrake (it immediately wedges), a torn lining under the pedals (they did not even assemble, I had to assemble and the part did not become, apparently there is not enough fastening). That's all for now. I'll keep watching.

As a result, the cost of work can grow up to 2 times from the initial one. The result is not impressive. The employee at the collapse of the convergence is incompetent. The steering wheel, despite all attempts, is shifted by several degrees after repair. He spat and left as he was.
If there is a lot of extra money, then you can come here. The prices are unrealistically high. They are pushing to do something that is not needed for 100 years. I was doing suspension diagnostics. We wrote a whole list and agreed to everything. They call - you also need to change the brake discs. And I changed them a year ago. still as new. Etc., etc. Give us only your own spare parts. I asked - is the price for them like in the store? Are you not twisting it too much? No, they say it's practically the same thing. As a result, I looked at the site where they charge - 15-20% cheat. In general, I have not seen a more brazen and greedy organization. One thing is nice - they will call back 2 times - according to the prev. records, whether I arrive or not, We are waiting, etc.
