As a result, the upper tip of the low-pressure tube was bent, and the lower tip was bent in the radiator. They referred to corrosion. Upon detailed inspection, there was not even a number on her. When it was proposed to disassemble the floor of the car to remove the radiator and weld the tips, it became clear that it was really the masters who bent the new tips on the tubes, or even twisted them in the radiators. The tips are bent directly along the groove under the O-ring, and they are broken along the same groove. Then they offer to disassemble the entire front in order to remove the radiator, get the broken tip, digest the two tubes, and they have their own welding area, everything is put on stream. If it weren't for the bent top tip, it might have rolled. When the master straightened the tip straight as he bent it, and clearly explained that it was not worth doing so. After the wind blew away, I ran to the management to warn them that the problem had come out. When I went to the office, if you can call it that, everyone turned red. While I was registering the complaint, the flow of people with handsets did not stop, and some handsets were also discussed on the phone. The manner of work is clear and this should not be ignored. I would strongly advise against repairing the air conditioning systems there, unless refueling is nothing more.

I arrived by appointment, immediately oriented by price (almost to the ruble, the final cost coincided with the projected one). It turned out that it was necessary to purchase a dehumidifier, which was not available for purchase. The spare parts consultant suggested an option to refine the commercially available dehumidifier, and agreed. I was pleasantly surprised, because not every service offers a solution to problems with the availability of spare parts in any other way except for multiple overpayments. That's a big plus. The other side of the coin is that by pre-purchasing a spare part before repair, it would be possible to avoid a delay in delivery, although this was not warned. The price included refueling the air conditioner and checking the tightness. During the repair, a dialogue was maintained and, in principle, the deadlines were not disrupted, this is also a plus.
