People, never give your car to the Megapolis auto house. When you give it away, they say that they will sell it for a maximum of 2-3 weeks, in fact they only call and ask to reset the price, although they do not reduce their commission of $ 750 by a penny. But the worst part is when you want to take your car back after 2 months, they tell you that a buyer just came and left a deposit, and if you want to take it, then pay double the price of the deposit (800 rubles multiplied by 2) plus their lost profit of $ 750, but in fact no one left a deposit. I had to take it away with a scandal , threatening that I would call the police for fraud. A minute later, the deposit was gone and the car was returned. The attitude towards the client is terrible, intimidation by phone with fines for non-fulfillment of the contract, and on arrival they were given immediately.

I decided to replace my trough with a more decent model, but you have a decent one there, only a new car that is fitted and that is not the fact that they are worthy.
If you are considering Americans on these sites, then it is better to avoid, unless of course the car does not have a history of RB from the owner. You don't buy a car the first time you see it. Drive to the service station and wish for one that they do not recommend. I paid about 500 rubles for a hundred. and the result is all bits, but this is understandable, but they are very poorly restored.
I went to the right cars and there, holding the manager, I found a decent device, but there was also an incident.

The car was not sold, it was not cleaned (although they promised, the mats were dirty). It is difficult to pick up a car, they constantly say what the buyer thinks, they are waiting for a response from the leasing company or loan approval. I won't say anything positive or negative. It's a pity for the time and fuel for the trip there and back.

We chose BYD SONG. There was an option to bring it to order from China, but I was so impatient to get behind the wheel of a new electric car that a small price difference did not stop, they took it out of stock. The choice of cars is great, as they say, for every taste. I will not name the manager of the sales department, so as not to be considered an advertisement. I was satisfied with the work of the auto house, everything is honest and open in terms of information on cars about the advantages and disadvantages. There are also enough financing options. Interest on loans and leases may be biting, but we all have different incomes and circumstances, so everyone decides for himself to find the entire amount at once or to play with the credit and leasing system.

I left a car for sale.
The car eventually found its buyer. The contract of sale, invoice-certificate - the seller had to deal with all the documents with the buyer!!! No transaction support!
As soon as we received the commission, the interest disappeared immediately!
And especially about the commission: the whole auction is at the expense of the seller! I was told that they also reduced the commission amount (agreed with the management), but ........ just cheated!!!!

Awful. We were persuaded, we can say forced, promising to sell a car in a week, put it on the site, and even take it off the register. I stood for a month, the result was 0. I took 2 hours, although it was possible to solve everything in 10 minutes. Then the manager is at lunch, then the wheels forgot to load, then the transits are fixed... Definitely not recommended!
