The acquaintance with this car dealership did not start very well. We went there for the first time around the spring of 2024. We considered buying a car from this salon, priced it. Then the attitude of the staff seemed to us arrogant and biased. His eyes said, "What are these scoundrels doing here?!" We left with the idea that the car dealership, and BMW, were just unreasonable pretenses.
Vladislav Kozak was able to change his attitude towards the BMW brand and the car dealership when he called my wife about the car. Then, for about an hour, he listened to our doubts and suggested different options. As a result, he persuaded us to visit this car dealership again. During the conversation, I was able to tell you in detail about the car and conduct a high-quality test drive. As a result, we bought a new car. We still wonder how? We have already come to the service twice: to change the oil and inspect the car. They immediately talk about discounts, they don't sell extra work, the attitude is friendly and correct. There have never been any complaints about the work.

I applied under warranty and hard hat - the work is clear and transparent. Once I had to stand my ground a little (as it turned out, for good reason) and once due to the fact that different craftsmen made a call to return the car without full information on all issues. The waiting room is comfortable + you can freely view new cars. There is a small area with sandwiches and coffee for a snack. Of the cons, I can name the price and probably the location (there is nowhere to walk if you wait 2 hours+, and only leave by taxi or carsharing if you are lucky)

On the downside, the rear door was scratched and the driver's door closer was broken. Extremely careless attitude towards the car. + They constantly add extras. services - computer diagnostics, let's look at the suspension, add an adblue, and so on. About the cost of the supplement. They don't inform me, I thought they didn't do that kind of nonsense anymore.

I have always been serviced by this service. On August 10, 2024, he appealed to this organization with a complaint about beating during braking. After a complete diagnosis, it was recommended to replace the front brake discs and pads. All work was completed on the same day. After driving 2000 km, on August 28, 2024, a new appeal to this service with a heartbeat during braking. A complete check of the brake system was ordered again, according to the results of which the ovality of the front right disc was 15%, with a tolerance of 20%. No overheating of the disks was detected. According to the master receiver, "there is a beating, but it is in the tolerances." (I can't understand what it means to run out in tolerances when braking from 100km/h on a premium car). Having warned the master that I need to go to Europe and return after 500 km, I will not be able to, to which I received the answer again – that everything is in the manufacturer's tolerances.
After driving another 1000 km and being already in Sweden, the discs began to beat so that the car bounced when braking.
I want to note that I have never slowed down on these disks, only slowed down. I didn't go to the track. At the same time, the M-sport discs, and considering the price, are designed to slow down more and better. I changed the discs that were in the new car at a run of 120,000 km when they went out of tolerance, and even then they did not have a runout.
On September 13, 2024, after returning from a trip, on the same day I turned to the dealer with a full check of the brake system, including checking the hubs. The result of the diagnosis is an ovality outside the tolerances, the discs are overheated, and therefore the warranty is denied.
After writing the claim, the discs and pads were replaced under warranty.
We arrived at the salon! They asked me to wait for the manager. We waited for 40 minutes, tired of it. I had to look for a free specialist for myself. Help yourself))) As it turned out, no one knows and is not going to approach us))
P.S: they also took 9 rubles for coffee.

No one skidded that the car was bought in another region. Everyone is very polite. Nice. It may be expensive to be serviced by a dealer, but this is a BMW. You need to know what you're buying. The only thing I didn't like. I asked if it was possible to update the cards, they said that my car can only be paid for 2022. I decided to see if there is any fresher, it turned out there is 2023. But they need to be paid for activation. And the card renewal service until the end of 2022 was paid for when buying a car. It can be regarded as a double payment or payment for the fact that the flash drive will be inserted with cards)))) Maps on the Internet are freely available.

I came to the next Auto-idea. I didn't regret it. The delivery of the car was fast. THAT was done efficiently. The car was washed as it had not been washed for a long time, including the interior. Everything was entered into the on-board computer. I ordered an additional smell for the salon, put it in the salon. I liked it very much. I recommend.
As always, good service. But there are questions about the repair. I was cleaning the radiator. They didn't clean it the first time. To give them their due, they agreed with the problem and redid the work.
I contacted them to replace the driver's and passenger's airbags. The pillows were replaced, the airbag error caught fire. I asked what the problem was, and they said that the SZL block needed to be replaced. As a result, I took the car from them with this problem and went to my car electrician. He connected the computer and said that it turns out that I just had the driver's safety airbag deactivated. I activated it and the error went away. That's how the dealer breeds the client...otherwise, they would have sold me a new unit and more replacement work. I think it would have worked out at a good price.

A very strange attitude towards the client! I called with the question of replacing the rear pads on the BMW x7. I asked if they could change them on my car, because it is registered in the Russian Federation. I was told that there was no problem. Next, I clarified that the pads would be mine, to which they said that it was good, but there was one THING! I must have cash documents confirming the purchase of these pads! Since I ordered in Poland through an intermediary, I did not have the documents in my hands. As a result, I was refused to replace the pads!
