This is not a dirty little guy who got out of the garage with a broken slate instead of teeth, ready to jump into your salon as it is to diagnose a car...

As usual, I made an appointment in advance for the service. I brought the brake pads, which were recommended to be replaced at the previous service.
The car was picked up at 9:00 with the fact that the pads would actually be changed while I went to Minsk for other parts that needed to be replaced, which was discovered during the inspection.
I won't describe the whole story for long, it's very unpleasant for me, but in the end, when I picked up the car at 20.00!!! the front pads turned out to be not replaced, from 9.00 in the morning!!!, although they took money for the work, and a lot of it. The old pads were prevented, cleaned, and left, and the new ones were left at the service station. They "forgot" to put it back. The question arises, why was it recommended to replace them at the previous one, if they are still good and can walk? I discovered it the next morning. The manager, or the engineer, it doesn't matter, I don't know the positions, explained this by saying that his master did not understand what needed to be done. This is a lie, the pads were bought on the recommendation of a replacement! Well, if you didn't understand and did preventive maintenance instead of replacement, noticing that the old pads were not completely worn out yet, then the new pads had to be returned? And they were left at a hundred. But it is clear that the master does only what he was instructed to do. And the car mechanic guys working at this service station are really professionals. Thank them very much. The prices, of course, are considerable, but you have to pay for the quality. I don't think anyone is arguing with that.

It was the 5th station in Logoysk, where I was still accepted and provided a service for changing winter into summer (the rest either have a record, or "at meane abed at once, praz a couple of gadzin pryazzhayte" :) I was really surprised: firstly, the kindness of the receptionists, when they address you by your first name, offer tea / coffee in the recreation room and tell you not to be shy, secondly, the neatness and well-grooming of both the service station itself and the entire surrounding area, including the gazebo placed on it for waiting (just super) and thirdly, customer orientation (in my case, when the master drove the car into the box, I noticed that one stop light was off. He asked to replace the light bulb. They did not refuse, they did everything without any problems). An hour later, I was already on my way to the fazenda, satisfied ;) Situation #2 is even more revealing. A week later, I rushed back from Minsk to the country. Already on the road (closer to Logoisk), I noticed that the brake pedal began to fail, realized that something was wrong and stopped by on the way to the guys. He explained that yes, how. They immediately suspected that there was a break in the brake tubes somewhere (the liquid in the tank was leaving), took my phone number, said they would try to find a "window" for repair and call me back. That's exactly what happened. On Saturday evening I drove the car, on Sunday morning after the inspection they called me, confirmed the suspicions about these brake tubes (rotted), agreed on the preliminary cost of repair and got down to business. After lunch, I already picked up the car and was extremely surprised that the payment was 100 rubles less than the previously stated amount. Again, happy as an elephant, I went with my family to Minsk. If it weren't for the guys, I'm even afraid to imagine how much a tow truck would cost me)) In general, once again, many thanks to all the craftsmen and locksmiths for the attitude and the work done.
