I used this service 2 times. I brought the car to the opening at 9 a.m. and they took it to work already at 16 o'clock when I came to pick it up, I had to sit until 19.40 to wait
The last visit took the car, without even repairing it, as I was told to replace the pump, they need to remove the timing and it costs 500 rubles. The pump changes without removing the timing!!! They told me that in three hundred!!!
They do not reflect in the acts which spare parts were used, only the name, for example, they write the replacement of the engine cushion, and they do not indicate which brand and article were used. Even after repeated requests.
Well, there are questions about the work. They broke the engine protection mount, screwed on the usual screws. Don't you have a tap? They didn't want to lift the car for inspection after work. The father-in-law of the gearbox oil was eliminated after the work, they did not even remove traces of old oil with a rag. I.e., oily smudges both were and remained and now it is not clear whether there was a leak or these are old traces. But the cleaner was included in the cost of the work.
The prices are higher than the rest, as in garages.

I gave the car for repair on 7.11 in the evening on the condition that they would do it on 8.11 (oil change, filters, muffler corrugations, brake fluid). My oils and filters, corrugation and TJ hundred. At 15.00 on the 8th, the car was ready, according to Viber, the price for repairs with decryption is previously reset. There are minor flaws (I asked not to put the hubcaps on the wheels - they put them on, they did not reset the maintenance interval on the BC), but this is not critical. The rating is 5 for efficiency and, in my opinion, adequate prices. Plus, they have quite adequate staff, they work on weekends and until 20.00.
