Upon learning about this, they flatly refused to do anything at their own expense, saying that I had signed the act, they didn't care. I know of at least one other similar situation in this company. If you don't have a Lada, then definitely look for other options, shoey guys!!!

The quality of the work is terrible, as is the approach to clients.the cost is drawn from nowhere , they do not provide any documents , what they did , they just write SMS describing the work and the cost . They do not give any guarantees or checks . After completing the work, I went 4 times and took the car for a week, they create the impression that they will do something , but they do nothing. they collide with each other , change the bumpers and paint them , it took more than a month . The bumpers fall and do not stand straight, to which they answer: the heat is to blame. Polishing the machine?- it's just a sink. The painting is terrible, the new bumpers are swollen. You have a budget car, what do you want?- the administrator said . The result : a month without a car , 4 times to come, no sense to achieve, wasted time and 2460 rubles were taken.

They promptly purchased and replaced the door themselves. All the work was done very quickly and took only two days, I expected at least a week. The quality of the painting is 4 out of 5, there are nuances, but they are not critical. As a result, to look for such pedants) they were so attentive and meticulous that you can not fit into one review!) We reached the finish line, during the time that the machine was in operation, we never tried to artificially speed up the processes, all stripping, priming, layers and so on with mandatory phases and drying periods. Everything that "popped up" in the process and that was not initially suspected, everything was taken into account and corrected!
