It is written on the maps that the circuit is round-the-clock, so I concluded that everyone can come (maybe wrong). I came once to teach a novice driver, it was half 9 p.m. on the clock, there was one DOSAAF car (or another educational one) at the racetrack, from which they immediately started honking at me and then shouting with a dissatisfied look: "Can't you read? A sign at the entrance." The sign actually says that entry is only in agreement with the DOSAAF administration; in short, a complete mafia that does not allow you to teach novice drivers on your own without making contributions (as I understand it), I still understand if the circuit was large and the asphalt was smooth, and so the circuit is a piglet, 1 garage, 1 diagonal, 1 overpass, asphalt potholes

Inconvenient check-in, no parking nearby. A bunch of drunks are wandering around and shooting money. A dangerous area.

the circuit is small and battered, it is not cleaned in winter. I studied at the Soviet dosaaf, used this circuit - 4 cars and already stand in line for the element. After that, I took private lessons, studied at a large and equipped racetrack near the Kuntsevshchyna metro station - a completely different experience
