But for example, the photos are made so that the color of the cars in the photo and live differ very much. Ads for my car on other sites were posted with incorrect information, for example, gasoline instead of diesel, etc. and in a month, despite the comments, no one corrected anything. Or corrected, but not for long. It feels like I'll just lose 2 months and take the car. Maybe I got into an inconvenient time and it's just me who's so lucky))))

Only the department that invites car owners works well. They rang and persuaded for a very long time. I decided to try it. There was a bad experience in 2018. But, 5 years have passed - it could have changed. But -no. They have a consistently disgusting job.
At first, I waited 3 hours for the registration, although the employee told me to arrive at a certain time and I would go at that time. Then the car stood for almost 2 months during this time, there was one message that the car was moved to another parking lot.
There are no explanations when the contract is terminated. According to fuel consumption, the car drove at least 100 km.
I do NOT advise contacting a motorhome if you do not want to waste a lot of time !!!
This story began with the fact that I posted an advertisement on various sites for the sale of my car. For a month, every week, various employees called me from the Call Center of the Motorhome. And they beautifully poured into my ears that they are the largest auto house in Belarus, that they sell a lot of cars, they will sell my car very quickly and for the price that I put up in the ad.
Well, these are all empty words....
After a month of calls from the Call Center of the motorhome, I decided to take it off and see how quickly the sale of my car would happen, because it was necessary to sell it urgently.
A contract was concluded for 60 days. It took them 7 days to prepare the car for sale, i.e. a week had already been lost.
The motorhome adds its own horse commission to the car, which makes the price of the car become higher and higher than the market.
The manager who will allegedly deal with the sale of your car will call you every week with a report))) I was told the following: we are in the top 10, there are few views from the site, no car calls, no parking views either)))) A month later, the price was reduced, but the situation has not changed.
Also, during the month, when the car was already standing on the site of the motorhome, the Call Center continued to call and offered to put the car on the site to them). I said that the car has been with you for a month and you can't sell it, to which they replied to me - we'll figure it out, some kind of mistake!!!!))))
They even have no relationship between the divisions))))
The car was not sold and 60 days were lost. The money was needed urgently!!!

I left the car for sale when I took it back from the parking lot to the Arena, (the lighting is very bad) walked around the car, everything seems to be fine, left.

The next day I waited until lunch, called myself, transferred to the head, he said I had to look carefully, you never know what I could do with the car in 20 minutes. Now information for buyers: the description of the car does not correspond to reality, they write fairy tales without even communicating with the owners. (the format is like this, IT was 2000 years ago, one owner, the condition is new, everything is documented, etc.) Do not believe what they write and say, check additionally with others.

During the entire period (45 days) of the car's stay at the dealership, they were constantly convinced that there were buyers and the car was about to be sold. As a result, without fulfilling all of the above, we decided to pick up the car. Upon arrival, the pregnant wife was forced to wait for an hour for all the documents to be processed, although they were warned in advance that we were going to pick up the car. You can tell a lot of negative things about this office. We advise you not to contact this car dealership.

Yes, they are allowed to sign documents that they are not responsible for anything. The car cannot be returned to them if there are nuances. I paid 2500 rubles for the first hundred. This is the chassis and replacement of the timing belt, filter and oil. Antifreeze was driven into the cabin. The car was not going, I was offered to look for a new engine. There were problems with the cooling system, the repair cost 750 rubles. That is already 3250 rubles. I was warned that I needed to do engine repairs. The cost is 1,250 rubles. I postponed this repair. The most interesting thing is, further, when passing the technical inspection, I was told that I have English headlights and fog lamps, if I do not change them, I will not pass those.inspection. the cost of one headlight is 290 rubles. I put two - 580 rubles, plus work - 100 rubles. I realized that fog lamps do not affect anything, alas for those.They were asked to replace them during the inspection. I'm looking for. During all this time, I tried to communicate with representatives of the MOTORHOME, I was offered to put the car back on sale at their site. Only, who will return to me what I have invested?
