07.10.2024 I was traveling along the route 140 of the bus (AT 7818-7) , at 07:20. Your driver considered it right and proper to yell at me during a trip in transport due to the fact that I was standing in the front doors of the bus and allegedly blocking the passage to other passengers. Why your employee decided that he had the right to shout and lecture in raised tones at an entire bus full of people, at a person he absolutely did not know, remains a big question for me. I have not seen such rudeness for a long time! The mood is spoiled from the very morning and for the whole day. I ask you to have an explanatory conversation with the employee on how to communicate with passengers.
Our organization tried to cooperate with Bus Fleet No. 5 in the contractor/customer plan. Procurement staff are not attentive, legally literate, unable to read and agree on the terms of the contract. Denis Vasilyevich Krasovsky, the head of one of the departments, deliberately slowed down the signing of the contract, probably intending to get a kickback, I do not recommend this organization. The staff is not competent.
