As a result, instead of the expected 4 thousand, the installment amount turns out to be 6 thousand. The full amount can only be found by multiplying the monthly payment by the number of months. At the same time, no documents are sent, and delivery dates are confirmed only verbally. There is also no number or article for the completed order, which raises suspicions. That's what happened to my mom. The next day, she decided to reject the product for several reasons: firstly, the product did not suit her; secondly, she was not informed that a loan had been issued for her at 18%, but called it an "installment plan with an increase in price" after asking about the total amount; thirdly, there was no confirmation of the sale there was no product — everything was just in words. When the managers found out that she wanted to refuse the product, she was rudely told that it was impossible.
