03.07.2013 I gave my NISSAN MAXIMA for repair, replacement of camshaft seals, gaskets, engine oil and the right stabilizer rod. They promised to give the car back the next day in the late afternoon. 04.07.2013 without waiting for the call, at about 15.00 I call myself. It turns out that when removing the box, one bolt was torn off and now they do not know what to do, as they explained to me, they are looking for a turner. The next day I came to see for myself how the repair was progressing, and what I saw was my NISSAN hanging on a lift, there was a box with a broken bolt under it, and no one was around. Some locksmiths work on other machines, others play computer games with the manager. After standing near the car for 15 minutes, they noticed me and started fussing, the master came up, but asked why no one has been doing anything for a day, replied that they did not know how to drill the bolt and were afraid to damage the body, but promised to do repairs in a tight way and give the car back in the near future. The next day they called me and said that everything was fine, the car was being assembled and on Monday (I gave the car for repair on Wednesday) after the inspection of the master, you can pick it up. On Monday, at about 12.00, they called and said that the car could be picked up, and all this pleasure costs 4250gr. I have nowhere to go, after being a little indignant, I paid the money and took the car. But it didn't end there. Having driven the car into the pit, I was stunned, the whole engine was still in oil, the hoses, the mounting chips were torn off, the gas was poisoned (the car is equipped with HBO). I drove the car to the service station, after my claims, the engine was somehow washed in some places, and what is poisoning the gas, they do not deal with gas, and the fastening of the chips is dry, therefore it broke off. After riding for a couple of days, a creak appeared, again I drive to a hundred, put the master in the car, after rolling we drive to the lift. The reason could not be established, they said bring it tomorrow, we will look for it. In the garage, I climbed into the pit myself, pulled everything I could, the central beam on which the engine lies was not screwed, the thread on one of the four bolts was broken. I ran the thread, changed the bolt, all the creaking disappeared. I will not go to this service station anymore, even if they repair it for free and I do not advise others to go there!!!!!!
