There is no question about quality. But the Tiguan R17 was billed 90p! 90p Karl! In 30 minutes of work! When I looked at the price list, there was already a rise in price (the season is still, you need to earn money), but for some reason the r17 costs 72p in the price list, to which they replied - so you have a "jeep") since when has a SUV become a Jeep, I still do not understand. Okay, let's move on, the woman in front of me wanted to pay with a card, to which she was told go take it off at the tdia factory, 21st century, but you can't pay with a card (I can guess why you can't, because you have to pay tax on it, but why?) as a result, I asked for a check and a copy, let them pay taxes to the state and not shovel the money and put it in their pocket.
It's just awful. It was at night. I urgently stopped near this service station as the charging began to disappear in the car. I waited until 8 a.m., since the working hours are written from 8 to 20:00. It turned out that the workers come only at 9 a.m. At 9 a.m., a service station employee came up to whom I explained what had happened and assumed that there was a problem with the hegerator. He called an electrician who supposedly could solve the problem. At 15:30, the electrician recharged the battery, made sure that charging from the generator was not going on. At the same time, when asked what was wrong with the generator, he replied "The spare tire was flat" And recommended contacting another service station. At the same time, taking 30 rubles.
Result:
- the car was not repaired
- half a day spent idle
- minus 30 rubles
- communication with an incompetent "electrician"
The question is why bother customers in the cold for half a day, if the service station initially could not fix the car??? In order to rip off money for diagnostics
, I recommend that the administration of the service station radically engage in customer orientation.
