Hello, their services were needed, they called, the master left, they paid 10p for departure. In short, on December 19, they drove the car, covered it with a film in front, because without a hood, so that precipitation would not get there.
We were told everything was fine, bring spare parts, 20 were brought, we take them to work. On December 24, my husband calls to find out how things are going, maybe something else is needed. They said everything was fine, but at work. On December 26, my husband decided to stop by and take a look. What did he see? The car is open, the film was removed, on the street in the rain and snow and untouched. That is, they didn't even touch her, they just took off our cellophane! And they said that they were at work! Deception! And even negligent attitude to other people 's property ! They took the car and drove it to another service station. I do not recommend these comrades.

I drove the car for welding and painting. They promised "a month and a half" - it dragged on for 2 months and 3 weeks, despite the fact that I was constantly bombarded with calls and customized. They promised a photo report in the process, but not a single photo was sent all the time. The initial cost of the work is 3700. As a result, it turned out to be almost 6,000. At the same time, some of the work was cheated, some of it was not done at all. The company does not give any documents, the order had to be beaten out with scandals (then "you should have warned that you need it", although you should have given it without asking, then "the accountant has already left, you should have come earlier to ask", although you should have prepared earlier). To all the questions like "why is this not done?" he says "it wasn't discussed that way" (it's clear why they don't give an order, because they say "we'll do everything", but in the end nothing was done, although they took fabulous money). The thresholds have been digested. However, they had to be digested after they were overcooked, because they were not strengthened at all. The bottom treatment is just put on top of the rust, nothing was cleaned. I had to remove all this treatment to clean the metal, and put it back in - they only paid for the initial treatment in vain, which was simply put on top of the rust and holes just to hide it from the eyes. Moreover, when I came to pick it up, I asked: "Why didn't the wheel arches be processed?", the answer was "we just forgot, we'll do it now." They promised to fill the door with processing inside - they did not. I brought them a new bumper to put on -- it was damaged during installation, the crack was simply painted over (although the split is still visible). As an apology, there were the words "oh, well, yes... Well, it just happened." There are a lot of scratches of plastic and velour in the cabin after their work. By the way, the car was put to dry under a lime tree, which put spots on the fresh paint. There are correspondence, recordings of telephone conversations and personal meetings (except for the very first one, when they were still on trust, and when they realized that they were being harshly deceived, they began to record without warning him, so the recordings, even without legal force [because they did not warn about the recording], but the conversations were not fake). They only gave a cash receipt, they strongly asked for payment in cash (although there is a terminal). You can contact me using the contacts in your account, I will provide everything. In the attached photos, the results of the work (where they cleaned part of the bottom and it is clear that they applied their "processing"); I did not do the photo painting, because after them I additionally polished (it turns out that polishing is not included in the cost of painting for 3700 and is done separately).

I repaired the rear fender,rear bumper and trunk lid. Well done guys!we did it well and quickly in a week . Prices are not too high in the average city. In general, it can be recommended.I would put a solid five stars, but there is a small small jamb (because they screwed the license plate and broke the rear wiper mount) this is a trifle, but unpleasant. But in general I recommend it!
