I made purchases a little more than 3 months ago, for the prospect of a replacement. The impression is more than positive, the surroundings are similar to the dealer's, cleanliness, experienced staff. And so. Cars from America, there were questions about the applicability of spare parts to my car.

A good online store with not bad prices. The only thing that spoiled the impression was that when I picked up one of the orders, the glued loads on the disks, for some reason I took them and reread them. It turned out that 10 cargo strips were not completed. I voiced it, they brought it reluctantly and gave it away without even apologizing.

A dead road with speed bumps of half a meter leads to the pick-up point, it is difficult to park, everything is occupied by cars from the service station. The waiting time for delivery, as at a logistics center with 10 million items, is at least 20 minutes. I've never waited more than 3 minutes at the Babushkin pick-up point. One plus is the location in the city center.
I won't say anything about the store, but the car service there is awesome! I had a chance to "fix" a working car there under the contract, the lack of professionalism is complete, after the locksmiths everything is stained inside, the tubes and plugs are not fixed.... It's good that you didn't drive your personal car there!
In general, there are show-offs outside, but there is dust inside!

A very high-quality store! The sellers of the spare parts store, which are necessary according to the characteristics, immediately say without prompting what is suitable and what is not; it is possible to buy a spare part under an order with a short waiting period. I made an order to buy a very rare spare part for a car (I waited a couple of days) - they brought it to the right address.
The delivery of spare parts to the buyer is very pleasant!
Some time ago I had a chance to contact this service. There was a strong smell of burnt oil in the car. I really wanted to solve the problem qualitatively, so that it would not be excruciatingly painful later. The choice fell on this service, which positions itself as an official BOSCH Car service, which inspired additional confidence. As a result of the diagnosis, there were several places requiring replacement of gaskets, and plus, they found a leak in the hydraulic booster. Well, OK, agreed. This was followed by a short waiting procedure and a call saying that everything was done, take the car. I arrived, started it up - again a steady smell of oil in the cabin + a small smoke from burnt oil from under the hood. When asked what was actually fixed, they said that we fixed everything, and, quote: "It's just that the oil from the collector hasn't burned out yet. Travel for a couple of days and everything will pass." Usually, after such procedures, everything seems to be washed off, so that there are no controversial issues with the client, and in general, the quality is the same...Well, okay, I thought, the main thing is that everything was fixed. Nothing, of course, passed either a day or a week later. But that's half the trouble! There was still something suspiciously strange buzzing in the cabin. As it turned out later, this is a hydraulic booster, which the guys also undertook to repair (they only repaired the leak of the tube, if anything). I went back to them. They took the car, said they would call. And indeed, 2 days later they called. They said that, attention, quote: "Everything is fine, we have washed the collector, now there will definitely be no smell." When asked why the oil itself did not burn out in a week, they said not to steam, now everything will be OK. Regarding the issue with the power steering, they said that their partners had repaired the tube, and the power steering was buzzing because its cross section suddenly became smaller! To the question that the repair is kind of so-so and what should I do with it, they advised just a great option from the mouth of a respected company: "And you make the music louder." Profit! Well, I think I won't go much, I'll see what's with the oil leak, and then we'll see. Of course, the next day and the day after that, the smell did not go away. I went back to them. The car was taken away again, we agreed to repair it within 2 days. Then the trash started - after 2 days they called the service to look at the disassembled engine. They got to some kind of skiff that, in their opinion, could leak and said, they say, go yourself and look for it wherever you want. Dear large company, look for it yourself...they gave me this part to show the sellers what I needed at all. It's funny that you've never even heard of it at any Minsk car market) I came back, said to put it in place because it became clear that the guys had zero competence in the matter of a specific car model. They put everything back... 4 days! For some reason, they climbed to expose the timing chain, although no one asked for it and everything was fine there (as it turned out after, they did not set it correctly, if anything). At the same time, after 4 days they still did not want to give the car back - I do not know what they were doing there so much, but they gave the car only after a personal visit to the service and a conversation with the manager. Oh yes, they stubbornly did not pick up the phone during the whole day of the car return. When asked personally why, they said it was a big load, although while I was waiting for the car for an hour and a half, they received a maximum of 5-6 calls. And what angered me the most was that they asked for money again for this pseudo-warranty repair. Well, thanks at least not 100%, they made a gesture of goodwill and threw off about half. Due to family circumstances, I no longer had time to sort things out, but in my life I had never met such a person before...the car, of course, was never made, the power steering did not stop humming (before the repair, let me remind you, nothing was humming). Thanks to the guys who are actually engaged in repairs, and not pumping money out of the client, for promptly solving problems. It flowed from under the gasket of the vacuum pump, if anything (note to the masters of this service) and that pseudo-worn pulley had nothing to do with it at all...As a result, I would like to recommend potential customers not to rely on the appearance of the service and the BOSH nameplate, because the visitor reception area and cars here are really not bad...Well, that's where all the good things end.
