Anyone with pets should avoid this hospital. This is the worst place I've ever been. The guy who did the projection on animals was a teenager! And the doctor didn't know how to use the instrument at all! They've been testing this on my pet for a long time, and they're not professional doctors at all! At first, I took my pet there, mistakenly believing that it was a good hospital because of the fake positive reviews. And this doctor couldn't make any diagnosis at all, but (forced) I asked her to leave my pet alone with him for a few days so that she could do her job better... It's ridiculous, why should I leave my pet to you? You are not a professional doctor at all! Who knows what you'll do to my pet! She behaved badly and, before finishing with me, approached the client, leaving me there. And the prices are more expensive than in any professional hospital. I just want to get out of there, but this so-called doctor wants 7,000 for an appointment. They just kill your pet and empty your wallet.

The worst clinic, they charge more than 20,000 for admission, and they didn't even make an appointment. For the appointment, they also needed to undergo tests for 20,000 tenge, despite the fact that they had tests from another normal clinic with them. To the administrator, just to sell something and take off more money. I do not recommend it, there are no doctors.

I saw reviews about fabulous prices, but I thought it wouldn't affect me. I brought a dog with otitis media, examined it for 1 minute, did not clean it. And they immediately took the data and described the cost of treatment. 44,000 at a time only, and this is not the final cost. 25000 is just the content analysis, which will be ready in 10-12 days! And the fact that we smeared ointment with medicine in the morning does not matter. They said everything would be clearly visible. From 3 to 5 blockades of 11,000 and this is not included in the price of 44,000! And then more. We wanted to promote it to the fullest. This is kapets, comrades! Where do these prices come from? I left of course, but for a minute's inspection and a story, the prices were charged for the reception of 5000! It's just terribly expensive. They're just ears. Not surgery, not ivs. And without a smear, they said to treat it symptomatically. And how to treat these 10 days?! While the analysis is being done. That's how they would have pulled the money!
By the way, I went to another vet clinic. And for 3000 they took an analysis under the microscope right away, they said it was hard to see because of the daily treatments, but they found out the reason, and in order to take a smear, you need not touch your ears for 5 days. I.e. it makes no sense to take
an analysis for 25000t. In another clinic, the ears were cleaned and medicine was prescribed. Think about the difference in money for yourself! And by the way, the doctor at another clinic explained everything and told me. Don't go near these businessmen anymore!They will leave you without pants. 3000 or 44000 + it is not known how much they could pull out.

I didn't really like the clinic. I brought the cat for diagnosis, then they prescribed treatment, gave them injections for 3 days. Then I asked to provide all the treatment in writing in order to treat at home. I was refused and asked for money. I have already paid 35 thousand for the consultation, for the tests and for the first days of injections, what other money. Just to hand over the treatment to pay again.
