So, I go there for an MRI scan.... and usually everything always goes well: it's easy to sign up, the price is on a par with other centers, the next time you get a transcript of the results + a copy of the MRI slices themselves to disk... once, however, the doctor who performed the decoding got lazy, and simply stated that my disease was progressing, without paying much attention to the quantitative and qualitative signs in the dynamics of the disease... but I asked the reception to talk to someone about this problem. the chief physician immediately came out to me, we discussed my situation with him, everything was smooth and calm, he came up with a disk and a message to another specialist, who made a more complete description and conclusion, which was required in my case... and that's what I'm getting at - for the money that I paid, they did a study for me, and even with my submission, due to the need, they specified the necessary medical information in full - and all this without unnecessary hassle or refusal at all, but I've had such bad luck
The discrepancy between the MRI machines on the website and in the real world. In real life, it is visually older (it was examined on their new one). The pictures seem to be good. Good work with clients, I am not a doctor, about the quality of the organization of the work of diagnosticians, we can say that they are still a little burdened. Nevertheless, if you have any questions, they respond to everything, well done. In general, I put 4, but if it were possible, I would put 5.
There are no questions for doctors. Dear management, squeeze out the money for printers already. It's just shameful to fill out documents manually. Then this classic doctor's handwriting is impossible to make out. Do we pay a lot of money for this?
