I am shocked by the services of this company. And in particular from the Shymkent branch. The parcel arrived on 13.11.23. I contacted the consultant, from whom I received information that the parcel will be delivered on 11/14.23 to 18.00h. I asked to send it before 16.00 because after 16.00 I am going to school for my son, and then to the section. I waited all day, moved important things. No one showed up, no one warned, so they didn't deliver the pomydka. I wrote silence on WhatsApp, silence on Instagram too. I'll get h tomorrow I'll lose another day. At least file a lawsuit. I will not recommend the services of this company to anyone.

The delays started when I had a fight with the courier, who does not call before arrival, but stupidly arrives when I have a day off, he also told me I always rest, what kind of business is this, since then my parcels have been delayed, before that there was a cool courier, everything was delivered during, there were no conflicts with him, kkda I don't understand it, they put it in conflict! If delays continue, I will ask my suppliers not to send me an Avisom anymore, since this is the case!!! And do not advise anyone to use Avis!!!
