Good service, though long processing of parcels on site, but as an option, you can pick them up yourself if you are in a hurry, the girls are very polite, the drivers too.

A terrible service. I sent a parcel from Kostanay to Karaganda. The express fare. It arrived in Karaganda on October 04 at 9:28 and had to be delivered personally to the address. I called there for five days and each time they promised that it would definitely be delivered tomorrow. Today is October 08 and they say that there are technical problems and it will definitely be delivered tomorrow. They didn't even warn me that the package wouldn't be delivered within a week. After all, the recipient could then pick it up himself in such a case. What was my money paid for?
