We rented a car in February 2024 to travel around Belarus. It is convenient that the company's office is located at the airport. It was quickly issued, the car is in excellent condition. Initially, we chose a compact car on the machine, but the staff offered us to improve the car class for a small fee. As a result, we left in an emerald-colored VW Passat, and we never regretted choosing it. I highly recommend it. We rode with pleasure for 4 days, passed without problems late in the evening before the plane. No deposit was taken, as we included full insurance. You do not need to wash the car before delivery, which is also a huge plus. After all, an international company) They warn you about everything at once. Everything is transparent and without deception. Nice. The impressions are only the best!!! Thank you.

We rented a car with our family from the international company AVIS and were very satisfied! The car was clean, cruise control and Wi-Fi in the car made our trip as comfortable as possible. The company's office was easy to find, and the staff turned out to be very responsive and friendly. The process of renting, returning the car and making payments was clear and simple. A convenient fuel policy and full insurance added maximum peace of mind to us. We will definitely come back again!

I rented a car from Avis in Belarus for the second time - the international brand speaks for itself.
I booked a car by phone, I was expected upon arrival - the staff are very friendly and at the same time professional, the Contract did not take 10 minutes. As last time, so now - I only paid for the car rental (I did not leave any deposits).
I had a business trip for two days, so I included a Wi-Fi modem for rent, which greatly simplified my questions and saved me time on connecting roaming.
I returned the car at the airport, also quickly and at the agreed time.
Bottom line: I will definitely use Avis services in Belarus next time and subsequent times. Thanks!

I rented a car for a meeting in Belarus. I drove a cool Skoda Kodiak crossover. The company's employees in the office were friendly and welcoming. The execution of the contract was quick, and the rental conditions were also pleased (no deposit, refueling and washing the car is also not necessary). The office provides an Internet modem, and you can also take it with you on a trip.
I was very pleased with the trip and I will definitely return to Belarus again to travel and rent a car from this company!

Multiply the price on the website by 2 and get the real money that you will pay in this company. This organization employs top-class magicians. The prices on the website are in dollars, the discussion is in euros, and the payment will be in Belarusian rubles at the rate that they will think of at that moment (in our case, the difference with the bank rate was 5 Belarusian rubles per dollar). Be prepared that they can bring you a second car of a better class and sell it at a completely different price than indicated on the website. To our question why, the answer was: "Well, we brought this car to you, it's an additional service." you might think we asked them about it. The car was ordered for 9 a.m., they arrived at 9:30 a.m. They said that the car was not ready after washing. At the same time, the freshly washed car was not the one that was ordered. The result is that they lie at every step.

I will share my negative experience of using the services of this company. It all started with the fact that it was not possible to get a car by the reservation number, because the application was not processed (the car was supposed to be picked up at 9 a.m. from the railway station, the car was booked on the website at 7 p.m. the previous day). Because of this, I had to go to the office in the Minsk hotel with my things. The girl on the spot said that they give the car fully refueled, and charge 3 euros for an unfilled liter. At the same time, it was proposed to issue very expensive insurance, and as a result, the Ford Focus class came out at $ 100 / day. Upon inspection of the car, it turned out that it was refueled only by a quarter, while running an alleged 500 km, the right front wing turned out to be loose, which caused a piece of the body to bulge when driving. We agreed to return the car at 21:00, this was indicated in the transfer protocol, no additional payments were mentioned. As it turned out later, the car can only be handed over for free until 6 pm, so suddenly another 25 euros arrived for returning the car at 8 pm, and this was said in the reservation somewhere on the website. Also, employees are confused about the dollar/ euro readings - the final cost was in dollars, the underutilized liters first in euros, then after the correction in dollars, and the additional payment for a late return in euros.
To summarize: the prices are much higher than the sane ones. Deposits are completely inadequate ($1,000 per Ford Focus class if you do not take full insurance). Having got off dry, I'm sorry for my own obvious jamb with the fact that they did not warn about the return time of the car from 9 to 6, they wrote off 25 euros. They impose a lot of additional services. It seems that in this rental, instead of adequate service, they are trying to take maximum money from travelers.

One of the most terrible services I've come across... confirmation of the meeting was not sent, they did not contact before the meeting to clarify the details, he was looking for a contact phone number... read the contract, bonded conditions when the company receives a fine for speeding (it happens to everyone), processing each fine, for one rental of 20 €, robbery... the refund of the blocked amount, in my case it is 1300 € for more than 2.5 weeks, it feels like they are holding it themselves, they do not cancel the lock... the only thing that is easy is the extension of the lease, but they did not give any documents on the cost and extension. I drive a lot and rent cars, the conclusion is that I will not apply because of such surprises of the service...

Yes, there are separate points on payment of fines, deposit, insurance. But there is something to compare it with. I really liked Avis, though.
