Of the advantages: location (10 minutes to the sea on a flat surface), near several 7/11, BigC, Lotus, market, high-quality. The area is quiet, you can get enough sleep. The room has a large (by Thai standards) refrigerator, a decent TV, a running water heater, a hairdryer, and a safe. But the rooms are tired, they need repairs and furniture updates, the air conditioning is very noisy (the first night I thought there was a storm outside the window, but no, it turned out to be condee), the breakfasts are soooo meager and always the same (egg, 2 sausages, 2 slices of cucumber, tomato and ham, lettuce, coffee, bread, juice). The staff was polite, but the room was not cleaned, the water was not renewed, and I took out the trash myself. If you need a hotel to spend the night, it will do (do not forget about the condee, it makes a lot of noise). There is a small swimming pool with several sun beds, open until 22 hours.

The hotel is absolutely unkempt, old, the staff does not clean at all until you ask, the towel is not changed until you ask.
