There's a lot of one star here. We contacted this company on the advice of friends in early May. It was necessary to bring a seven-seater car before the end of September. Taking into account the sanctions, the manager replied that if you take a car for up to 5 years, then you need to take it through Georgia, since cars with an engine of more than 1.5 will not be allowed through Lithuania, but then they probably won't have time to bring the car before the end of September. We advised the second option, to take a car older than 5 years with increased customs clearance and take it through Lithuania, then there will be no problems with delivery on time. We bought a car at an auction at the end of May, we looked for suitable options ourselves, with the help of a manager, we bought it at an auction, and then it started - the car was parked in a US port for 2.5 months and the company could not or did not want to influence (although deadlines were tight), during downtime we were assured that the car would pass through Lithuania without problems, although there were calls, but they are professionals, they say everything passes, if not from the first, then at most from the fifth time. Finally, the car sailed to Klaipeda, we tried 2 times to submit docks to customs and refused, the company advised us to find a document confirming that the car is older than 5 years, since there is no exact release date in the documents for the car, but only the year, and the year is borderline (up to 5 or older than 5 years) with such a dock cars are allowed and they left this problem alone. When asked why I should look for the document myself, they replied: "this is not our problem, we do not provide such services" (just shocked - "turnkey car bl*"). Why didn't they think about it right away, knowing that there was no exact date in the documents, especially since they knew that such requirements were for cars with a border year (they sent a sample certificate from their other client, who also searched for himself a couple of months before me). They put the car in a paid parking lot and said look for a certificate, but in the meantime we will look for someone who will submit the documents again. I wrote to dealers all over the world, so we don't have a dealer, I was looking for acquaintances in Europe. In short, we managed to buy a certificate in Vilnius in two or three weeks for €65. We took this document to the company, hoping that everything would end, as we found the document directly from the Lithuanian side. To which they replied, of course, this is good, but we have not yet found a company that will submit the document to customs (and this is for three weeks of downtime in a paid parking lot while I was looking for a certificate all over the world). Two weeks later, they said sorry, the certificate is not needed, at the moment no one wants to take the documents, take them around or wait for a miracle! When asked why I bought a certificate for € 65 if I didn't need it, they replied, "Well, you decided to buy it yourself!" When communicating with the manager, the answers were boorish and inconsiderate, there is no customer orientation at all, it is a shame that it is so inconsiderate to communicate with me for my own money, they even allow themselves to raise their tone when I ask them uncomfortable questions (for example, when I wanted to find out who is the owner of the car according to the documents, since the dealer gives a certificate only if you confirm the right car ownership). The manager answers all questions.: "I do not know", "I can not help you" or "What should I do". There is simply no feedback from the moment of buying a car, they do not call on their own, sometimes they got in touch after my repeated calls after a few days. When they decided to drive around, they said the download was next week, in fact, it came out after another month of downtime on a paid basis!!! The car was picked up at customs in early February.
To sum up: the car was fired for 9 months, instead of the promised 4-4,5 months. For six months, they turned into pedestrians with young children, taking into account all the additional costs (by the way, the car was additionally damaged during transportation - they said that no one was insured), downtime, etc. the car went out without repair for the price of a WHOLE (without damage) car, which could have been bought in a day, rather than waiting 9 months and spending your money nerves. This company is not professionals at all, if your situation is not a template, then you will be left alone with a problem and they will contact you every other time, they did not bring a car with a key, they solved any problems themselves anyway (THEY WILL EARN MONEY FROM YOU IN ANY CASE), they take their money for services immediately and then they are not interested in you as a customer and you will only have to pay for everything. This is a terrible service and sharashkin's office, I won't have anything more to do with such a disgusting company than to solve problems later and live in such agonizing expectations... I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SHARASHKIN'S OFFICE TO ANYONE!
I am writing from personal experience, I bought a car from the USA for the first time in my life. Quite an adequate car delivery company from the USA. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, approximate expenses were immediately calculated and when the lot was won - everything +- it all came together, no additional payments were made from above. The delivery prices seemed to be somewhere average in the market. One of the advantages is that they were immediately brought to Gomel, and not Minsk, as most of them carry. And this is minus the additional costs of the trip, tow truck, etc. Of the obvious disadvantages, I would note that they are positioned as a turnkey car fit, but in fact you are put on the repair queue only after importing the car to the Republic of Belarus (and then at your insistent request), and the queue is there for at least a month. As a result, I was being repaired by another company. It also seemed that the manager's work was not very active: he constantly had to strain himself to somehow make the car move faster (then the documents were taken to the port for 2 weeks, then it was simple in Klaipeda). There are also other nuances. For example, it was possible to break through the history of the car before purchase, albeit for a fee. There were no special tips on whether or not to trade the lot. But these are all small things, because the most important thing is that there was no deception.
