The hotel is not bad, not new, but everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, the textiles are good. We lived in a 2-room deluxe, the split system was only in the main room. At the beginning of September, an open window saved, but in summer it must be very hot there. In order for the cold air to reach the small bedroom, it is necessary that there be a glacier in the main one. It is very clean, cleaning is daily, the staff is very responsive and a taxi will be called, and they will help with things and they responded very quickly to some small requests. The breakfasts are normal, the choice of food is not very large, but we were not hungry, minus the quality at the distribution by 11 a.m. the cottage cheese was already sour.

We are currently staying at this hotel. I really liked it, we upgraded the standard to deluxe for free. Anya, a very pleasant and polite Russian-speaking girl at the reception, will always prompt and help you. The room is gorgeous, huge, everything you need is available, slippers, bath accessories, kettle, coffee, tea in large quantities, several bottles of water. The district is the coolest in Yerevan, the center, Northern Avenue. I recommend this hotel))

Cons - parking. We were on a motorcycle and they let us into their underground parking. Thank you so much for that.
Those who drive will have a hard time. There is no direct access to the hotel entrance, you drive into the courtyard, park if there is anywhere and slap at the reception.

The staff is responsive. The rooms are really a little tired, which is not critical at all. Breakfast is normal.
For the first time in a long time and a bunch of visited hotels this year, I was waiting for the acceptance (verification) of the room upon eviction. It took at least 10 minutes. Set this time when you leave!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days.
I don't know where so many rave reviews come from.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
I checked in from March 2 to March 4 in a standard room. The rooms, of course, are a bit old, the furniture still seems to be from the USSR. The big disadvantage for me is that it was very cold in the room, the windows were blown by the wind, and I woke up at night because it was cold. I turned on the air conditioner for warmth - it didn't help, it was too weak
There is a weak water pressure in the bathroom and the water is just warm, when I tried to keep warm there, it was impossible, I was shivering all over. Also, hard pillows and curtains do not completely cover the windows , due to this, the light is strong in the eyes . There are also no bathrobes in the room, which is also not very good)
In general, we tried to resolve this issue with moving to another room, for this is a big plus for the administrator, it was warmer there, but in fact all those moments like the shower, pillows, windows remain the same. Therefore, it was decided to leave there)
I think that the price - quality does not match. Since there is a much better hotel next to this hotel, even visually. The location is of course excellent)
I advise this hotel to make a restoration, throw out all the old furniture, and make the windows glazed so that it doesn't blow through. Then people will go too)

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center of Yerevan. But, we can say, this is the only plus, parking for only a few cars at such a considerable hotel, they settled in a room where it was terribly smoky, it was impossible to enter the bathroom, the whole room was soaked in cigarette smoke, 1.5 days of continuous operation of the accelerator did not help, the smell of cigarettes was too persistent. They moved to another room, the furniture is old, the air conditioner does not work, the bed linen does not change for several days, well, even though the towels were changed after 3 days, the curtain is very old, the bathtub and sink are in the toilet, the toilet is dirty, dust and floors are not wiped, the hair on the bathroom floor was not cleaned. In a few days, my friend stayed at my place a couple of times, for each night they charged a considerable amount, as if they installed an extra bed every time, claiming that the room was single, yes, the bed is narrow and very uncomfortable. Naturally, they did not respond to my request to show the clause in the contract where it is forbidden to leave a guest. No place and never, in any hotel or hotel, a separate fee was required for the overnight stay of a guest. Is this something new and very unpleasant

A tired hotel in a good location.
There is a broken trash can in the bathroom, and a constant dried-up flood under the bathroom. Cleaning will gladly take away disposable slippers, but will not bring new ones, and I still did not understand the principle of making the bed :). Breakfast is "just not there", but there are excellent cafes around, and right at the exit.

A good old hotel. The carpet on the floors saw a lot. There is a touch of SSR, but there is some nostalgia and a certain charm in it. A standard quite edible breakfast. Excellent location. I liked the hotel: the price-quality ratio is quite adequate. Location: in the very center of Yerevan, 2 minutes walk to Republic Square. The feeling of the hotel: people tried. The reception is nice, but sometimes forgets requests, the maid sometimes forgets garbage, it's better not to look at worn doors and furniture. But there are no complaints about bed linen, towels and carpet. The receptionists are very helpful. In the room there are welcome bottles of 0.5 liters of water per person and shampoo-gel-soap in sufficient quantities. Breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., which is very kind of them.
