The hotel is not bad, not new, but everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, the textiles are good. We lived in a 2-room deluxe, the split system was only in the main room. At the beginning of September, an open window saved, but in summer it must be very hot there. In order for the cold air to reach the small bedroom, it is necessary that there be a glacier in the main one. It is very clean, cleaning is daily, the staff is very responsive and a taxi will be called, and they will help with things and they responded very quickly to some small requests. The breakfasts are normal, the choice of food is not very large, but we were not hungry, minus the quality at the distribution by 11 a.m. the cottage cheese was already sour.

We are currently staying at this hotel. I really liked it, we upgraded the standard to deluxe for free. Anya, a very pleasant and polite Russian-speaking girl at the reception, will always prompt and help you. The room is gorgeous, huge, everything you need is available, slippers, bath accessories, kettle, coffee, tea in large quantities, several bottles of water. The district is the coolest in Yerevan, the center, Northern Avenue. I recommend this hotel))

Cons - parking. We were on a motorcycle and they let us into their underground parking. Thank you so much for that. Those who drive will have a hard time. There is no direct access to the hotel entrance, you drive into the courtyard, park if there is anywhere and slap at the reception. Yandex Navigator gives an approximate. The staff is responsive. The rooms are really a little tired, which is not critical at all. Breakfast is normal. For the first time in a long time and a bunch of visited hotels this year, I was waiting for the acceptance (verification) of the room upon eviction. It took at least 10 minutes. Set this time when you leave!!!!
