Albert (the chief pilot) turned out to be a real professional — confident, friendly and attentive at the same time. He spoke in detail about the route and the interesting places that we will see along the way. His sense of humor made the atmosphere light and relaxed, and his knowledge of New York made our flight even more exciting. During the flight, I was amazed by the realism. The graphics were simply amazing! We felt a real adventure. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see the world through the eyes of those who work in heaven) The child was delighted!
