9. According to the stated data of 500 stores, I do not think that this figure will be achievable, most likely such large brands as ZIA, New Yorker and others will buy up several areas, thereby the figure will decrease to about 100 if not less.
There is also a question of rent, not everyone will be able to afford it, although I would like to see start-up brands that will be given a "breath of air". I answer for the number of visits to the shopping center, this will only be a plus.
10. The ceiling height of up to 8 meters will feel very cool - it will be spacious, especially for people who are afraid of enclosed spaces.
