I have been visiting for almost a year and a half. Excellent craftsmen, excellent service, recording via WhatsApp. I have never expected a master for more than 5-7 minutes. The administrators always offer coffee and water. The prices are quite adequate.

I would like to leave an honest review about the salon from several people who were dissatisfied with the quality of services and disappointed with the attitude of the salon and its staff to people.
We signed up through relatives (local) at this salon for styling, for the event, of course - in advance.
There were 5 adult girls and one child - a girl, three of us were recorded at 10:00, and three more at 11:00😁
The pricing policy was announced as follows: "styling from 3,000 thousand drams to 5,000, depends on the length of the hair"
The first batch, including me, came at 10:03. We went to the reception, two girls were put on the sofa, a master man took me.
He doesn't speak Russian. I showed what I want on my head - in the photo. The master called the woman from the reception desk, who translated his speech to me, in which there were phrases that what I want is simply impossible. My hair is such that it won't work (p.s. In Moscow, the masters do everything, everything holds, everything works out). The master offered me to do another styling, said that I go through at least 2 days with her and got to work..)))
The girls who were recorded with me at 10:00 also continue to sit waiting.
At 10:37, another female master comes and takes the second girl to work.
At 11:00, our second batch arrives, and realizes that they will not be accepted on time ... since their second master was late, and the third simply did not come.
Although we discussed everything in advance and asked not to let them down, as these were gatherings for an important event.
As a result, two people just ran away in a hurry to look for another salon where they could quickly help and provide services.
At 11:10, I finished the styling, which was done so-so, to be honest. Although no, to be honest, it totally sucks😁 I said that I have unpainted hair and I need auxiliary tools to keep this styling. Their auxiliary means are varnish)))
The master made me a gauze all over my head and a fleece (in the photo it just looks terrible, as if I just got out of bed and did not have time to comb my hair) and curled curls on a curling iron) which fell apart 20 minutes after I left the salon.
I was asked for 8,000 drams for this "beauty". Which is translated into rubles on 08/20/2023 ≈ 2000 rubles.
They justified this price to me by the fact that I have a WEDDING HAIRSTYLE.
Although, I initially came with a request to arrange my hair for brushing. Unfortunately, the male master, as we later realized, can't do anything else except gafre and curling irons (the second girl who got to him has the same story. She showed in the photo what she wanted - she was told that IT WOULD NOT HOLD. I'LL DO ANOTHER STYLING FOR YOU").
The fourth girl, who was booked at 11:00, but she was taken at 11:30 only, also had problems with payment.
She was given an amount of 5 thousand drams by phone, and as a result they took 10 thousand drams.
In general, I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
Especially for the guests of this beautiful city.
If you are not a local, prepare to be ripped off at the x2 checkout.
They will come up with anything, just to take more money. And for the fleece, and for the fact that your varnish was not taft, but londa))) or cies🤣
Perhaps we were included in the cost of laying and using Wi-Fi ...😅

I was booked into this salon at 10 o'clock in the morning. I arrived on time. The master was 40 minutes late, no one apologized, as if that was the way it should be. Thermal protection was not applied, no styling products were applied before installation either, just varnished everything. To wash off the hairspray, I had to comb my wet hair in small strands with a comb poured with a large amount of shampoo. At first they said that styling for short hair was 3000 drams, after styling, they took 5000 at the reception.

A very nice salon. I did a manicure with a shellac coating and a French design today.The staff and administrators are very polite, speak Russian and explain everything, there is an opportunity to sign up for WhatsApp.The services correspond to the preliminary cost, no cheating.I came with the child, they fed him sweets and arranged him next to me while he waited. I really liked it!I recommend it!The quality of manicure is better than in Moscow salons.Thank you❤

I managed to sign up day in and day out. Suzy's master is just super 🔥 🔥🔥 perhaps this is the most beautiful manicure I've had in Yerevan 🥰🥰🥰 The salon is in the very center, the receptionist and all the staff are very polite.

If there is a need for some receptionist's girlfriend, you will simply be told that you signed up for another time, and you have confused everything yourself. An apology? Ha!
Should I suggest at least immediately re-signing for a new time? I'm not sure.

One of the best salons in Yerevan! I did a manicure and coating a month ago at Liana's and everything is still beautifully preserved! I sent all my people there, we visited different masters and everyone was satisfied.
