Very nice apartment in the very center. The location is just top. You can easily walk to the site of the Republic, the Cascade, the Vernissage, and walk along the Northern Avenue. Thanks to the host Arsen, yes, a warm welcome, transfer, excursion, wifi.

The managers ask you not to make any noise after 23:00, and they themselves begin repairs and cleaning after 23:00. They're so comfortable. I objected to them, I was kicked out, the money was not returned. January 24, 2025

I definitely recommend it. I liked the excellent location, the responsive guys at the reception, a comfortable sleeping place (a dense curtain that creates a sense of privacy, a comfortable wide bed and a clean bed) and, importantly, for a very small price!
