I would have given this place more stars if I could. Greatly impressed by the ease and speed of the check-in process. Staff always available via WhatsApp. Rooms are clean and well-stocked with anything you might need as a traveler. My room overlooked Northern Avenue, and I could listen to street performers in the evening if I wanted to. With easy access to most of the sites, it’s a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend it!

I was impressed by the beautiful view from the window, the high windows are a balcony! Availability of everything you need. Cozy apartments. Polite staff. Gifts were given upon check-in. It is very pleasant, especially in the morning to drink coffee with sweets. Robert met and settled us, very attentive. I explained everything, showed it and was always in touch.

A wonderful hotel! We took a room with a view of Ararat. Beautiful view. An excellent administrator, Robert, who came into our position and created all the conditions for such an unusual story of ours. The room has everything-everything you need not only to stop for a couple of days, but also to stay. I advise you! Armenia was excellent with you! Thanks!

We settled in for 5 days.I was shocked by the cleanliness!!! I liked everything!!! Cleanliness! Comfort!!! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The room has everything you need, even much more!good staff!! Robert and Eric were wonderful guys who served us!! They organized everything for us!!! You feel at home in the room!! Everything is so clean!

For the premises of the city for a couple of days is just right

- stupid elevator in the building
- taxi won 't be able to wait long ( parking is prohibited )

A great place - everything is at a high level, thoughtful and cozy. I lived here for 2 months. Each apartment has absolutely everything for life - from a microwave to a washing machine. The very center, just around the corner.
A very professional team is working, they come to the rescue at any minute of the day or night. They will always advise you, they will tell you: Robert, Eric - you can rely on them!
I recommend it to everyone, and now I'm sending friends here!

An excellent accommodation option. The apartments are equipped with absolutely everything you need. The bed is huge and comfortable.
The location is wonderful. The noise on the avenue stops at 23:00, according to the Law on Silence.
The receptionists are very helpful.
The price-quality ratio is excellent.
Cleaning is being done.

The hotel asked to cancel the reservation as there are no available options!!!! And this is 2 days before arrival! The booking was through booking ) I don't understand how this is possible with advance booking! Negligent attitude towards the client !! Disgusting service! Not a single apology! Just boorish behavior !
They also accused me of having to call them after booking at the booking office and find out for sure if there were available rooms! Shame
