Great hotel! The food is very tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and helpful, they clean daily, towels and linen are changed on time and without reminders, animation in 4 languages at the same time) and it was very cool) meals 5 times a day, breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and night soup, in addition they are fed by the pool and on the beach. We rested from 06/27/19 for 10 nights. By the way, T-shirts, caps and other things in the hotel store are cheaper than at other outlets, we saw this personally. In front of the hotel, a Russian girl Julia sells excursions, prices are 2 times cheaper than that of a hotel guide and everything is at a high level, we really liked it and by the way, those who call the password YAMAL when buying an excursion will receive an additional discount 🥰👍 Thank you Avena for a wonderful stay!

The hotel sucks completely, the music in the family room from the disco is heard in the room so that the walls shake, the children definitely can't sleep, the food is average, compared to other hotels, the rooms are rarely cleaned, only once during your entire stay, the trash in the room and in the toilet will please you all the time, they settled in the room without removing it, in general it is excellent, the attitude of the staff is generally no, squeamish and disrespectful, they do not want to do anything at all

We rested here in May 2019. This is a very good 4, in my experience I can say that it is much better than many, if not most, fives.
I liked everything. It seems to be nothing special, but all aspects are on the level. And food, and cleaning, and staff, and rooms (we did not give money for the lobby, and we were accommodated in the old economy class building. Modest, but clean, bright, balcony, everything works, nothing crumbles or falls apart). In the main building, I heard that the rooms and design are much higher. Nothing spoils the mood. Good location, 4 km from the city center, the market comes directly to the hotel. The sea is across the street. Of course, there is not much nature around, since the hotel is urban. The massage at the spa is "so-so" for my taste, a little weak.

The hotel is great! It's a very good 4!!! The location is just super: it is close to the sea and there is no noise, because it is slightly away from the main road. The room is huge 2-room, 2 single beds and one double, large balcony. It's perfect to go to such a place with children. True, the room is on the 5th floor and just with a low ceiling, but it doesn't matter at all. The food is good, it suits us completely, you definitely won't be hungry. True, those who love beef will be hungry, but we are not meat eaters, so chicken and turkey in different variations. There are a lot of fruits, but there are no watermelons (this is surprisingly straight for Turkey). There is something to do outside the hotel. And take a walk and do some shopping. Excellent bazaars 2 times a week, there are penny fruits and vegetables, and all sorts of junk.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly, the bass hotel is an anecdote for the CIS, because the staff partially speaks Russian, everyone understands English.
Weak wifi in the lobby, but still open access.
We were on an all-inclusive system, we didn't stay hungry, everything was decent.
The rooms are excellent, the cleaning is as expected from 4 stars, every day. Everything is clean, the rooms in the main building are cool. Even the 1st floor with Windows on the road - nothing bothered us.
Close to the sea, it's even nice that you need to walk for a minute, and not right on the beach.
