A pleasant hotel, justifies its number of stars. Convenient location in the city center, there is a private kitchen with a kettle and a microwave. This hotel is well suited for an unassuming tourist. Very nice and helpful girls at the reception.

Excellent hotel in the center of Osh.
Very friendly staff at the reception. The room has everything you need, even a kettle. It's quiet and cozy. There is one of the best restaurants nearby. And the store.

The hotel does not perform its main function - it is impossible to sleep. Number 2, costs 3250 som per night - unrealistic audibility, silicone earplugs do not save. A lantern shines through the window, the beds are as cheap as possible, the room is inconvenient in small things - this is a failure.

The hotel moved us to room 6 - it's quieter there due to the distance from the reception. But! There are springs sticking out of the mattress, so they put 3 mattress pads on top, which have already crumpled, so they had to sleep with their heads at their feet - there are fewer springs. We didn't get enough sleep.
The room is dirty, the window curtains are not normally closed - the curtain and tulle hang on the same curtain, in the bathroom it is also not very good.
There was a soaking wet rug in the bathroom -it wasn't replaced, it was just taken away.
They give flip-flops, which are very unlikely to disinfect.
There are no complaints about the administrators.
For this money, the hotel is a failure.
