It will be fun and interesting for children under 11 years old. There are many different activities and entertainment. A big minus in the restaurant, the waiter was called and she said one minute and did not come, then 2 more waiters were called and they also said one minute and did not come. We ordered three pizzas and waited at least an hour and a half.

The service is the most terrible 0, we ran after them all the time, ran after the waiters several times to take the order, then waited until they brought it, as a result, the order was accepted after 30 minutes, the food was brought and forgot to bring drinks. They ate dry, then again they ran for a drink themselves and brought it the third time. The prices are highly inflated , and the food is not the most delicious . The pizza is unrealistically greasy, the fat just flows down, I had to clean it with a napkin.

In general, a very good center, BUT very dirty, the kitchen is not tasty, the portions are small, the prices are unreasonably inflated, the service is very slow, the order was accepted only after 20 minutes, the food was brought in 40, almost everything was cold. When we first arrived, we sat down at the table, it was cleaned and served, but the tabletop was all sticky, at our request, the table was wiped, but it still remained sticky, the chair in crumbs remained, it was not replaced or cleaned, no matter how much they asked. This year we visited the center 4 times, in June, in July, in August, and in November, in June it was the best, but every time it gets worse and worse, it's a pity, the idea is good, 2 stars left for the entertainment complex itself, everything is cool, giant slide, steep bungee, immense size a maze, and even the simplest pool with balls, with so many balls, children just dive into them. There is a trampoline on which children jump from a height, the staff is watching the order, but periodically none of the employees are there and the children jump on each other's heads.

We decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday. I was disappointed that the hot dishes were brought before we arrived. The dishes were waiting for us on the table already cold😅And they couldn't even warm up the food well (of course, after the scandal) The guests are disappointed, hungry and of course the mood is spoiled. Then they didn't want to remove from the bill the food that we returned because we couldn't just eat (they dragged it back and forth to warm it up, but it didn't work out)!!! In the bill, water and pepsi were not correctly entered, which did not correspond to the number. In general, the organization of banquets is terrible. Everything from administrators, cooks and waiters is lame.
Special thanks to the animator girls. Somehow they saved the situation and distracted the children. The children's zone itself is not bad.

Очень большой помещение для игры как для маленьких, так и для больших деток: есть горки, батуты и другие развлечения. Единственный минус - много людей, и в кафе официанты долго не подходили, но заказ принесли быстро. Думаю, для нашей столицы необходимы еще 2 таких игровых центра.

Новый парк развлечений для детей. Ребенку 3 года было интересно, но есть несколько опасностей для детей - небезопасный батут, на который прыгают дети с высоты около 2-2.5м. Сам батут нагнетается воздухом, высота 1м. Так вот с этого батута ребенок может упасть, если он прыгает не по центру.

Ребенку нравится. Мне не очень, так как всегда много народу. Столпотворение. Кухня нормальная. Игровые зоны детям интересны. Но когда проводится чей-то день рождения, но в зале находятся много чужих детей, мне, например, такое не очень нравится. Но, как говорится, на веус и цвет ...

Праздновали день рождения сына, взяли пакет "Мега стар", я была сильно разочарована в анимационной программе. Изначально по телефону менеджер нам сказал, что программа по нашему пакету длится около 2 часов, но программа была 1 час максимум. Нет никакой последовательности, вся программа проводилась хаотично.
По кухне сильных нареканий нет, но вот обслуживание на нуле, к нам за 4 часа официант подходил 2-3 раза, приходилось самой идти на бар за напитками, хотя полной посадки в ресторане не было.
Итог: отдали больше 100К за 6 детей, никакой программы, плохое обслуживание. Больше праздновать день рождения в этом заведении мы не будем.

С собой ничего нельзя! За вход с ребенка 5800 тг.
Питание очень некачественное (используют очень дешевые полуфабрикаты и сырные продукты), при этом цена не дешевая. Купили детям пиццу 4 сыра (2990 тг), пеперони (2590 тг.), маргарита (1990 тг.), чизбургеры (1590 тг.), пепси и липтон 1л (990 тг).
Но как игровой центр все отлично.
Сегодня празднуем день рождение дочери!

Очень много народу было в воскресенье, туалеты грязные, мусор в мусорных вёдрах вываливался на пол во всех кабинках, в мыльницах не было мыла и бумажных полотенец. Если администрация запускает одновременно столько народу (на кассе сказали что будут впускать до 600), то организуйте работу персонала, чтобы кто-то следил за туалетами. Возьмите дополнительных уборщиц на выходные. Такие деньги берете за вход (я считаю это дорого 5800 тг/ребенка с 2-х лет), а отношение к санитарным нормам и соответственно к своим клиентам пренебрежительное.

Не безопасная высокая горка, аниматоры включают очень громко музыку и куда-то сваливают. Есть там аниматоры или нет не понятно, мелькали иногда. Аниматоры работают только если им заплатят. Нет игровых автоматов для разнообразия.
Один плюс это большой лабиринт

Мне очень понравился этот центр.Ребенку раздолье.Откройте пожалуйста ещё парочку таких в столице ) ,так как даже в понедельник днем, там яблоку негде упасть.Единсвенное замечание:в кафе половины из меню не было в наличии.
