Once it was completely lost and redone. The only reason I ordered from them was a large selection of materials. I assume that if you are their regular customer, then everything will be clear, and if you are a stray who is fooling his head for the sake of five details, then something may go wrong.

We ordered the calculation of the kitchen according to our sizes on 22.02 we still haven't counted, we went to find out when they finally count, they say you will pay 120 rubles, then we will start counting.... Can't you tell right away?? And by the way, this money is not included in the price of the product…

I arrived today with my pregnant wife, bought chipboard,the girls managers work perfectly,friendly and responsive, answered all your questions.They chose chipboard, paid off somewhere around 15.20, then went to the designer-designer for cutting, there were two of them in the office, but only one worked with customers, as they later found out his name was Sergey (thin, gray-haired with glasses), there were 2 people in the queue and one was already served by Sergey, they began to expect their own queues.Designer Sergey finalized with the client and just left with him, we expect further, then he just wandered around the store.They came up and asked:when this "busy man" gets free, he told us that he had lunch.We decided to come after lunch, arrived at 17.05 the store is open until 17.30, there was no queue and there was no designer either, they said it would do now, they began to expect, Sergei came again at 17.20.There was no reaction to us, as if we did not exist, his friend came after him, Sergei started working with him, we were waiting again, they asked when they would serve us?To which Sergey did not react in any way, we simply did not exist for him.When his friend left, we asked again when we would finally be served, to which we received an answer: - It won't work anymore, let someone else(although there were no other designers anymore).
Asked what his name was, he said:what's the difference. Let's go demand a book of comments. The complaint was not written, the issue was settled with the boss. He apologized for his employee and called him to the workplace, and finally Sergey served us. We didn't hear any hello, goodbye, or apologies from this "wonderful" employee. While he was serving us, rolling his eyes and muttering something unintelligible, it was extremely unpleasant.Such service was not pleasant to me, and my pregnant wife was left with an unpleasant aftertaste and a spoiled mood.
