Don't take anything from them. The price is changed three times in 2 days. The contract is generally toilet paper, they say one thing and the contract says another, they are not responsible for anything at all. When asked to correct the contract to match their words, the owner said on the phone that they would not be used, and for me the prepayment is now 100%.
