You make an appointment in advance, leaving your contact details. You arrive at the appointed time, wait for the doctor, and then it turns out that he is not here today and will not be. No explanations, no apologies.
This has happened several times already. There is no desire to go further to such a place anymore.
Clinic owner, please make an adequate appointment system, or change the administrator to a more interested one. Why is the receptionist sitting at the reception if she's not doing her job?
