Hello everyone I can't keep up with a couple of sentences, so it's dry and to the point. The Renault Talisman car ran 225,600 km with a wonderful robot, broke down in St. Petersburg. Free Diagnostics by an official dealer, the guys from the garages sentenced the clutch to be replaced, which is NOT in the city! Or waiting 3-4 weeks with an unknown result and price. I searched for options on the Internet, found an article on how the guys from the AutoReshenie company change the clutch on the Skink. I called and explained my problem! Alexey clearly said, come, we will diagnose NORMALLY, we will find spare parts! After 2 days and 830km under its own power, the car made its way from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Technical specialist Andrey took a ride with me and said. In addition to the clutch, the robot box also behaves inappropriately! Diagnostics on the lift confirmed his words. I'll reduce the crunch and screech when I turn on the first gear! We discussed the cost of the work over the phone back when I was in St. Petersburg, according to the result of the diagnosis, the cost of the work did not increase much, since the new introductory ones with a box. They disassembled it in front of ME in 3 hours! Nikolai is a technical specialist, thank you, he was attentive to my presence! I know it pisses people off when a client gets in the way, but Nikolai is a Man with a capital letter! He patiently and intelligibly commented on his actions when he disassembled the car and even did more than planned! I fixed the front bumper, trimmed the lower bumper guard so that it is convenient and correct to remove the box in the future, if anything!!! I drilled out the starter mount, bad people fixed it, after a while ... they took off the box, Andrei grammatically confirmed his suspicions. Alexey guaranteed that if everything is fine with the box inside, then the work on its defect is free!!!! I have never seen such a thing anywhere :) However, it bribed:) The box was disassembled in 10 minutes. I attached a photo of the sad shavings to the review. Verdict, 2 primary shaft bearings have collapsed, the 1st gear fork is worn out, 2 differential bearings + natural clutch wear for a run of 225,000 km. It's decided to change everything and do it. Spare parts: I found the flywheel and the complete clutch kit on the Internet myself! No one recommended the store or Uncle Zhenya from the garages to me to buy there! The guys found the precious bearings and fork themselves, I couldn't! . The technical specialists installed everything Quickly! Diagnostics, disassembly, automatic transmission defects and work on finding spare parts took 1 day! The second day was assembled and tested, the automatic transmission was adapted. I hasten here to share my experience of contacting the masters of this station. The reason was that one day an oil leak was discovered, as it turned out, transmission oil. The oil was leaving intensively, with the engine running, a huge oil stain formed under the car. This was discovered when returning to the parking lot after a short trip around the neighborhood, about 5-6 km. It seemed that the oil was pouring from the automatic transmission in a stream, because in the course of movement there was an oil thread on the asphalt. After the discovery of this malfunction, the car was put on a "joke". And the search for specialized specialists began on the Internet. Out of several proposals , the choice stopped at autoreshenie.by To be honest, I liked the preliminary conversation with Master Andrey. He explained everything about the case, confirming the assumption of depressurization of the automatic transmission oil cooling circuit. From the first chords it became clear that communication takes place with an experienced specialist. I also liked the reviews about the company. This was planned by Master Andrey for reliability. These are the traditions in this institution, which gives even more confidence in their professionalism. I read a lot of reviews, decided to call to make an appointment to repair the box. They asked me to call back in a couple of days, explaining that they needed to sort out the orders. After calling back a couple of days in the morning, they asked me to call in the evening. I called in the evening - after all, they recorded it for the end of next week with the reservation that they would call back on Monday or Tuesday, they would say if there were spare parts. No one called back. By the end of Wednesday, I called myself - they said that they were not waiting for me, since there were no spare parts. The result is 2 weeks of incomprehensible expectations. Maybe they are repairing and not bad - unfortunately I didn't find out, But the attitude towards customers is disgusting.

На гугл картах я уже написал отзыв. Грех не продублировать тут) Сделал плановую замену масла в АКПП на Mitsubishi Lancer X. Сервисом очень доволен. Я попросил поприсутствовать при замене масла автомобиля, так как мне лично хотелось посмотреть на состояние коробки) Слесарь и (возможно) менеджер, обслуживающие авто, вели себя вежливо и объясняли что к чему + рассказали много интересных историй про обслуживание и ремонт коробок. В итоге, замену масла и фильтров сделали за час + время на остывание масла. По телефону и непосредственно перед заменой была оговорена сумма 440 р с расчетом на то, что в коробку должны были влить 5 л масла. По итогу в коробку необходимо было влить 6.5 л. Из-за этого сумма чека должна была подняться до 550 р, но мастер посчитал, что это его просчет, и за ТО я все равно заплатил 440 р. Я был просто в шоке от того, что такое может быть! Каждый раз от друзей и знакомых я слышу, что по телефону говорят одно, а по факту ценник всегда уходит в х2. Уважение и наилучшие пожелания мастерам)) Всем советую! Обратился к ребятам после ремонта на Ваг-моторс, остался очень доволен. Мне понравилось то, что я приехал с проблемой , а уехал без проблемы))) На Ваг-моторс разводили, начинали менять запчасти с конца, а нужно было с начало)) Советую, не пожалеете, я обращался к специалисту Андрею, не знаю на сколько его хватит, но он знает своё дело!!!)))
